Let me start off with…..I started coming here with my wife when they first opened (she is Venezuelan). This food truck was great the food was good service was quick enough for a food truck. They were friendly…then after a little bit the food and the way it was cooked started going down. We would order the aqutasapos or something like that and the meat and the areas starting going downhill…service started getting slower and food flavor just started going down. Now fast forward again to last night…
The food was horrible and the wait time!!! That was like it for me…I had to wait 2 HOURS FOR HAMBURGER LOMITA AND SIFRINO!!!!!
At first I was told 40 minutes now that is quite the wait time especially since it was too busy.
We were going to eat there as it was part of our weekly date night but my wife said tell them to make it to go…so I told them make it to go and I’ll be back in 40 minutes and I already paid for it..total bill with tip (before service) was about $50. I would have never tipped if I knew it was going to take that long with just excuses for explanations!!!
Now mind you when I went back i wasn’t the only customer with problems…there were other customers who were waiting anywhere from 1 hour to an hour a half!!
People started getting mad and asking to cancel their orders and money refunded..
I let my wife know that is the last time we will eat there…this wasn’t just a one off..this has been an accumulation of things…like I said we have been going since they first opened!!!

This food truck is fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Portions were generous for the price, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had venezuelan food before but it was absolutely amazing! You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Looks and tastes amazing, the burger and the arepon were delicious, best tequeños we’ve ever had. Had to ask for to go container because the portions are large. The atmosphere is great, they even took the time to explain the menu to us. Will be getting back to try the rest of the menu.
