Oak and Ash Barbecue, The Sampler did not disappoint! Everything was DELICIOUS!!! Zach, I must say, I am not a turkey fan, but your smoked turkey is PHENOMENAL!!! The flavor is AMAZING! I also really enjoyed the jalapeño cheddar sausage!!! The ribs were MEATY and the pulled pork was not greasy or fatty like some other barbecue stands we’ve tried. The sides were a BIG HIT as well. My wife said that your baked beans are the BEST she’s ever had from a restaurant/barbecue pit and I agree! I also love that you offer a vinegar slaw, because I am not a fan of traditional coleslaw. Whatever you’re doing, don’t change a thing! It comes as no surprise that you CONSISTENTLY sell out!!! You’ve gained another repeat customer!!!

We had smoked turkey sandwiches, they came with a side of homemade coleslaw, pickles, pickled red onions, and a cup of BBQ sauce, you also get a bag of chips and a drink to complete your meal, everything was amazing and flavorful. Would definitely recommend.
