We ordered our food to be delivered through Chow Local. Never had an issue. Our delivery driver tonight noticed the restaurant made a mistake and didn’t include our lo mein, they sent us chicken fried rice instead. My wife and I thought, no big deal, this is plenty of food. 10 minutes later he showed back up with our missing lo mein and apologized. That is amazing service that we don’t see much anymore. Thank you!

Lady took my call in order. She messed up the whole order and tried telling me I said something I didn’t. I also didn’t get my brown sauce I ordered that was supposed to go in the meal I questioned about but that was wrong too and I was charged for a side order I never received.

Lady taking my order said my card was declined and basically yelled it at me 3 times. Called the credit card company and turns out she tried to charge my card over 280,000 dollars! Avoid this place as you might buy a house when buying lunch!!

Horrible service. They wont give an update on how long food will take. I waited 20 mintues, 10 minutes over my promised time and 3 customers that ordered after I arrive all received theirs before me. I was told my order was a big order. 4 items. What ever happened to first come first serve. This store has no integrity.

Ordered and tipped through their delivery website and it changed delivery to in store pickup by changing payment information. Did not notice until I realized my order never arrived. I looked at the email receipt and saw that it said pick up even though I always do delivery. I called the store and mentioned the website and asked if it was being delivered or picked up, and she just repeated that it was being delivered. Then I received a call from her asking where I was to pick up my order and if I was picking it up.

Not a place to sit down and enjoy your meal with someone…good food to get and take somewhere to eat…still has that Covid feel inside the restaurant, with the plexiglass still up when you order…boxes everywhere…doesn’t seem like they want you to eat inside the dining area…

All these losers complaining about service…. Like seriously if the service was bad who cares literally Chinese to go for most people. I’m sure those people complain at other restaurants when their water is too cold because they wanted ice.

Five of us met for lunch & were shown to a table immediately. We placed our orders at the counter & the food came out quickly, hot & exactly as we ordered. Everything was delicious & the crab rangoon was some of the best I’ve had, plenty of tasty filling, hot crispy exterior & not greasy. A very good experience.
