Everything about this place was WONDERFUL!! Me and my husband came down to get a tea and a shake from Spring City Nutrition,and it did NOT disappoint.! The environment, the energy! Absolutely love this place. Definitely will be my go to place from now on. Shouting out Alyssa Ford, she is such a wonderful person,and deserves this shout out!! Everyone come to this place!!

I dont know who it was in dat Spring City Nutrition place that served me well on New Years Day…. but they made an awesome jaw dropping shake….. I had so much fun figuring out that oreo is not good in protien…. but that Sugar Cookie is! Anywhoooo the lady behind the counter neeeeeddddsss her GMC fixed big time…. #deerstayinyourlane…… I really appreciated how fixated she was that I enjoyed the shake. All customers need that understanding with the employees that its not just another transaction. Everyone has thier story!

My husband went to get 2 drinks this morning and lo and behold I checked my Cashapp and they charged $37 for 2 drinks… I will NOT be back and will make sure I will tell everyone I work with to not waste your time unless you want to pay almost $20 a drink. What a joke.

This is the best place to stop at if you want a healthy breakfast, lunch, brunch, or hydration. If you need some energy, they got you covered. Protein? Yep, they got that too. My favorite shake is the newest Peanutbutter oreo. I get some sweet without all the calories, carbs, and sugar!
