Very Quiet Eatery in Picayune mostly because people use the Drive Thru. The food is good and the service is fairly fast. They do have good deals on their Arby’s App and they do online orders.

I placed an online order, when I arrived at the drive through there was no one in line, and two cars in the parking lot. I had to wait before they would even acknowledge I was at the drive up speaker, then when I told them I had an online order I was immediately instructed to go to the parking lot, not the window. I did so and sat there for 10 minutes, still nobody in the drive through, so I pulled back to the window and was told to drive around the store to the other parking lot to get my food because me being at the window would mess up their times. THEN FIX THE FOOD … anyway I drove to the parking lot, waited another 12 minutes and they came out with the wrong order…mind you they never asked me for a name or confirmation number. When the guy did bring me the right order he said “Oh we had your food ready I got the names wrong”….. the food had been ready for over 30 minutes at this point, cold and soggy…no straw, no napkins. Why do you offer online ordering and window pick up if this is how it works??? Worse experience I have ever had at any fast food place.

Beautifully Lost
Don’t stop! Keep on driving! This Arby’s customer service is horrible and distasteful. The manager that worked here today around 2pm is rude and thinks she can talk to anyone anyway she wants to because “she’s busy”! The sad part is her regional manager condones the behavior of her so called “manager”. I called customer complaints and this lady Tiffany calls my phone and starts to get an attitude with me because I called guest complaints about the staff in that building. It’s a disgrace! Especially, since she doesn’t consider me a customer. Don’t worry ma’am I will never be a customer again. It’s why Arby’s is going down. They hire anybody around here to do a job that they have never even done before! If you don’t like customer service Tiffany, you and your manager, you know the lady’s disrespectful attitude you condone while also saying it’s okay for her to hang up and be rude to somebody because “she’s busy” should get out of it! Don’t ever try and disgrace me because I called corporate. Youre disgusting!!

I just had the kindest experience here. I would like to call out Ms. Betty and Elijah I think we’re their names. They were so lovely, food was phenomenal and delivered in a timely manner! Thank you for the customer service I got today! You dont find that many places nowadays.

Ordered a blt chicken sandwich and was given a chicken sandwich drenched in honey mustard. The blt chicken sandwich was supposed to be chicken bacon lettuce and tomatoes. I hate mustard and I wanted $7.
