Fast food expectations are low generally speaking and even more so after midnight. I appreciate that each time I have ordered from this Taco Bell the food has been good. Steak chalupa all the way. I have never dined in, but to maintain decent quality (for fast food standards) for so long at all hours? They deserved a nod.

I don’t visit this location often, but I was very satisfied with my stop.
You don’t usually expect great service at 1:00 a.m., but I was genuinely impressed with how well I was treated during my visit.
I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but he had glasses and curly hair and truly went above and beyond to make sure customers were taken care of during a longer wait. Thanks! A great impression was made. Leaving smiling after a long wait was a new one for me.

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered my food and waited over an hour with nothing happening. I was standing outside forever, and I wasn’t even the only one—there were a bunch of other people waiting too.
The crazy part is they had enough staff and ingredients, but nobody was doing anything. Literally nothing. No updates, no explanations, just people standing around. At one point, I’m pretty sure the manager just left the store while customers were still waiting.
After wasting almost an hour of my time, they finally gave me a refund instead of the food I ordered. Like… what?? This is Taco Bell, not a sit-down restaurant. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.

Walked through the door stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the staff was making orders no one acknowledged me I had to say hello to get someone’s attention and even then it took abouta minute for someone to say something to me.
I ordered on the app 10 minutes had passed my food still was not ready. Two people came in behind me the staff acknowledged them immediately.
Waited about 20 minutes for a regular tacobell box. Mind you it’s 1 am.

I’m actually glad they opened up at this location because it’ll give concert goers next door with a place to grab a quick bite and drink before or after the show.
We went during grand opening and everything of course was clean and the service was great. Hopefully this will still be true a year from now.

Thoroughly UNSANITARY. Ordered from this Taco Bell – through the Taco Bell app. Taco Bell had control over the whole process. It was the most disgusting Taco Bell experience I have encountered. The food was delivered over an hour later while “Jose” who had the food swinging off his bicycle handles and felt around *inside* the unsealed food bag – where food was not wrapped – it was disgusting. It was dirty – it was well under room temperature and completely unsafe to eat. It was nasty. Taco Bell knew they were handing it – along with other orders – to a person who was not able to deliver it in an edible, safe or timely manner. I contacted Taco Bell to let them know. They sent a coupon. To order rotten food a second time?

This is the worst Taco Bell location that I’ve been to. At least 3 times I’ve ordered in the app and had to up nearly an hour after arriving at the location to get my order. I decided to try my luck once again and placed an order at 3:30am thinking it wouldn’t take long. I get to the location, give the my name, and still wait 45 minutes. After 45 minutes of standing outside because they lock the doors at 2, someone came to the window and said my order is not in the system. Even though I showed the order confirmation from the app and my bank charging me for the order, all I got was “you’ll have to contact Taco Bell for a refund”.. Close this location and start over because the service and wait times are trash!

Normally pretty good during the day time, I will never ever go again at night. I waited 35 minutes for 3 burritos before ultimately giving up. I tried to be patient and not shove my phone in the employee’s face like all of the DoorDash drivers, but it seems like they will not care about you or your order if you don’t.
