Save yourself, your wallet and your guts. The wife went to pickup a quick meal for us. I wanted a meatball sub with cheese. Total disgust. I added pics. Make this right.

I ordered two sandwiches online. the first one was correct, the second one was completely wrong and the bread was very soggy. I called. i was very friendly with them at first just asking what can i do being it was an online order and i couldn’t come in, as i work in a nursing home and only get a short break.. She told me that the owner made a rule stating that you can not be refunded or sent a new sandwich, if they don’t have the sandwich back! i used to work at subway and have never heard of this rule, she was not nice about. So lunch ruined. yay!! i understand the whole scam part where you can’t trust anyone these days but this is ridiculous. But i will post pics.

Usually this store does a decent job ! However I recently got made 2 subs , and one of them was basically bread lettuce mayo and 3 tomato. Picture shows how ooor sand which was .
To make matters worse I reached out to customer service as my sandwich was made wrong and missing items . I never heard from anyone .
Maybe if the owner spent more time reading this reviews and less time making 5 star reviews in his own restaurant things be better ! This to me is crooked . Let’s make false reviews to make out store look better !
Maybe you just need to address problems and be better at customer service !!!!
Thankfully there’s other sandwhich shops around ! Be aware of this location.

Do NOT waste your time. New owners and new management. The food is old and gross and the managers are very nasty to customers. Also they don’t accept coupons and they close their store hours before the sign says they do but what do i know?… just don’t go here. Charlestown Rd is way better

We went there between baseball games and the employee was extremely rude. He thought he was being funny with his comments, and at first we kind of joked along with him, but he increasingly got worse as we were there. My son asked to have his sub toasted and the guy mumbled something. We were distracted talking with the customer head of us that we didn’t notice he didn’t toast the sub. He tried bagging our sub up with the customer in front of us. We told him we weren’t together and he acted inconvenienced and took ours out and shoved it in another bag. There was no place to sit inside so when we got to the car my son got his sub out, which was a pizza sub on flatbread, and it was ice cold. He took it back inside and asked the guy to toast it and he refused saying I won’t toast that. My son said every other subway does and his response was “well I won’t”. My son came back out and told me what happened. I took it inside and waited while he was helping someone else. He stopped and asked what I needed so I asked him if he would at least put it in the microwave for a few seconds. He acted angry and threw it in the microwave for 2 minutes saying I don’t toast those because it makes the bread hard. Um yeah that’s what happens to bread when you toast it .. While it was microwaving and he was making another customer’s sub I said sorry my son won’t eat it ice cold. The guy then proceeded to pretend like he had my kid in front of him and was hitting him upside the head with hand gestures. After a minute I asked him if he could at least open the door of the microwave because it was probably warm enough and he wouldn’t, said he was making other subs for the customers in front of me. I get that, but it doesn’t take a second to reach behind you and open the door to stop it. By the time the 2 minutes were over he got the scorching hot sub out of the microwave and handed it to me. I had grabbed handfuls of napkins because I knew it would be extremely hot and he would do that based on his attitude, and it was and he did. I know, I asked for it to be warmed up, but that was extreme when he could have just popped it in the toaster to begin with but refused. As I was leaving he started making smart remarks about people like us who spend money on baseball. We will never go back to that subway!

I arrived at Subway (3008 Charlestown Crossing Way) on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 around 8:00PM. When I arrived at the restaurant there was one female employee behind the counter. There was only one customer (young male) in front of me. When I walked in the employee had just finished making the young mans first sandwich and was about to start on his second sandwich. The second sandwich was for the young mans mom. This sandwich took about 20-25 minutes to make. During the process of sandwich #2 the customer said he wasn’t sure what all his mom wanted on her sandwich. Instead of stepping out of line, the employee told the customer to call his mother. This would have been ok but this continued on and on. The customer in front of me had to call his mother multiple times, and text her multiple times to get the information needed to make sandwich number 2. After the employee completed the sandwich’s she packed them up and took the young mans payment. At this point, I had been waiting in line for around 30 minutes. Right when I though I would actually get to order my food for my wife, my four kids, and myself, the employee said that she had to get started on a large pick up order and that it would be awhile. She said I am more than welcome to wait but that the store was going to close at 9PM. I can’t believe that online orders take priority over in store customers. To me, online orders should be completed by another employee or when there are no customers waiting. I also feel like the employee should have told me upfront when I first walked in that she would not be taking my order until she finished another to go order. Its not like she didn’t have time to tell me while the other customer was on the phone. If the employee had simply said to me when I first walked in, “i have to do a to go order after this customer in front of you and it may be awhile” i could have saved myself 30 minutes of waiting for food I would never get to order. Very poor customer service.

Went there for lunch today. The guy who waited on me was very rude. This is not the first time that he was rude. When you come in the door he sits there until he wants to wait on you. He gets orders wrong and and really don’t care.

would give zero stars if i could. my mother and i placed a curbside order yesterday and when the guy brought it out he was aggressive and literally tossed our food at us muttering something under his breath. we ignored it and said thanks. i ordered a pretzel that comes with a side of cheese, i didn’t get the cheese so my mom went back in. he argued with her and said it costed $2 and that the pretzel wasn’t supposed to come with cheese, it literally shows on the app that it does. anyways, the pretzel was cold and hard, wasn’t even heated up. and my mom almost had to throw down over a cup of cheese sauce. and before all this even happened it took the guy forever to bring our order out because he was sitting at the table in front of the window.

Just left the place and the employee workin the counter stayed active and attentive to my order. I’m the type to get a lot of toppings/condiments and many times employees have trouble folding the sandwich but she managed to fold it with no issue at all! Have a great day!
