I went for the first time two nights ago and was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was AMAZING!!!! I had the bruschetta for an appetizer, lobster ravioli for my main course (I can’t even describe how delicious it is!!) and Italian cream cake for dessert- also fantastic. They brought out home-made rolls with dinner that were so fresh and delicious. I will absolutely go back the next time I’m in town!!

Exceptional food! Great price! And these guys serve the best tiramisu ever!!! At first glance, from the outside, the place looks like an over priced posh restaurant, the kind where you feel underdressed unless you’re overdressed for a restaurant, however, it’s perfect in all directions. The food tasted perfect to the T. We were served by Olivia, very friendly and quite a professional at her job. Besides the greatest food ever and the ambiance, I loved how the staff wore all black, the lake/water right beside the outdoor seating/patio, the options on the menu including some for the kids, comfortable seating. I will surely revisit and would advise everybody to try the authentic Italian tastes served here. Good job team, keep up the great work!

We are a family of food critics, and after reading all the reviews we had to try this restaurant, and have our own opinion.
The decorations is simple and resembles the Italian tradition , clean warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I specifically asked the chefe to surprise me with a dish of her choice as I was indecisive, and I must say that it met my expectations.
All the plates are decorated with a personal touch.
The food is tasty, warm and served in gourmet plates, something that is not very often seen in local restaurants.
From the time we sat down to placing our order and being served our main meal was 45 minutes, which is perfectly normal for for this kind of service and restaurant
As for our waitress, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the menu.
I highly recommend the restaurant.

What an impressive small family operation! These ladies put their heart and soul into every guest & every dish. We have eaten at Palermo’s 12 times in 12 months, and have always been impressed. This may not be 5-Star steakhouse, but the service is more personal. They cook to serve the Lantana community and their passion for the business shows in each plate. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a great meal from some nice folks. Cheers!

First visit today. Ordered to go, hot & ready upon arrival. Pizza was NY style, thin crust, tasty cheese, lil greasy not overly though, good that way. Oven baked crust was perfect, sause was a bit mild, but good. My daughter had the chicken fettuccine, she said it was good. We will go back sincec we live right here in LANTANA and it is very close!

Food is great! Stuffed mushrooms are outstanding.
On the night we signed there, the service was totally unacceptable. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for a waiter and another additional 40 minutes for the appetizer. We believe it was a kitxhen/management problem.

The best part about going to Palermo, was leaving.
My husband, two daughters, and myself visited this restaurant 7-25-15. The wait staff was not very welcoming and almost acted irritated that we wanted to come in and eat. Asked if we had a reservation (we did not) and then took 10-15 minutes to clean off a table. We should have left then. We ordered and waited for over an hour for food that tasted like a frozen dinner from Kroger. I took 3 bites and quit. (no togo box-thanks) Even the water tasted like the local lake. My daughters got the meatball spaghetti and the meatballs tasted like they had been soaked in the lake water along with the watered down sauce. Also, it’s a bad sign when you see people bringing in their own bread and wine. All for $55 what a let down. Don’t do it.

This pizza tastes exactly as it looks—delicious. We have been missing out in this pizza which is so close to us, because they don’t have a delivery partner. It is worth stepping out for. So excellent! We also had the plain cheesecake which was also delicious!

I love this place! For me, It is one of the best places to eat Italian food here. The place is simple but very good! I really loved the pasta, bruschetta and everything. The only problem is because they don’t sell wine. We have to bring from home. Actually, It could be good!

I read a review that said they were understaffed a year ago, well guess what people, it hasn’t changed. We waited over an hour before leaving because we never received our food. It didn’t appear that anyone else had that problem. This place may be children friendly but it’s not baby friendly. Mommas of littles, There are not changing tables in the restrooms. Be prepared to wait for EVERYTHING. I had to ask twice for a highchair. People do not bring a party of more than 2 or 3 or it’ll be nighttime before you get your food.
