I just stopped in to get a sandwich cause I had rewards and the guy behind the counter was so nice! I got a billy club, no changes, toasted. I was 1 of 2 people in there. Easy order, but I just wanted to say thank you to that young man for making my day!

We order from here regularly, but will be finding somewhere else to patronize. The last few times we have ordered it has taken 45 minutes to over an hour to get 2 sandwiches to an office 2 miles away from the shop. I missed my lunch today because i have to leave for a Dr. Appt and am still waiting for a sandwich I ordered over an hour ago and my office is a 5 minute drive away from the store. I would not order online from this store without calling first and finding out if they are able to get the food there in a reasonable time.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times. It’s taken over an hour to get my food delivered multiple times. 1.5 hours once. Never given an explanation or apology or offered a discount. They charge a flat $4.00 delivery fee for going less than a mile. Today took 50 minutes and here is a pic of my “veggie sub”. Yep. That’s two tiny tomato slices, and 1 and 1/4 cucumber slice. The second sub I asked to add onion. They threw on exactly 1 tiny onion piece. This place is a joke. Never again. Hey, Jimmy Johns, I have my order number for you if you’d care to offer an explanation.

Blue haired girl is handling the pressure like a rock star. Like 10 people walked in at the same time there were multiple large deliveries going. My orders were about 20 subs all together. Most workers would have shut the place down and run.

My door dash order was a hunters club and it showed up with no meat just cheese and veggies.
I am editing this review to say this is one of my favorite restaurants…. I was having a really bad day and was really looking forward to this sandwich. The manager didn’t hesitate to make it right. Way to go Jimmy John’s! This is why you will always be in my heart.

Super disappointing to be waiting over an hour for ‘freaky fast’ delivery. I’ve ordered 3 times from this location and haven’t had a successful order yet. I love Jimmy John’s and have ordered from many other locations with no issues. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Went in today for a sub. Ordered a large and wanted it cut in two with mayo on 1/2. The rude staff tried to charge me for 2 subs and said it was special order. They did not after I said it was ridiculous. Problem is all these chains here are run by snot nosed kids that THINK they should be making double what they do and the store owner is not where to be found. If these employees are that miserable ask mommy for more of an allowance and sleep till noon like your little friends. Welcome to the new generation of The Customer is Never Right!
