Everytime I come to this Starbucks in the evening, the staff always have poor customer service. No respect at all. I come 2 hours before they close and they seem “irritated” that they have a customer. Having me wait at the window for 10-15 minutes before taking my payment because they didn’t want to work. Worse Starbucks location I’ve ever been to!

My son bought me a Frappe. When he got it home and I tasted it, it had no sweetener. I couldn’t drink it. My son took it back for me. I’m told Jesse listened to the problem, was very polite, and very helpful. Jesse, thank you for fixing my drink and satisfying my craving.

This Starbucks location is pretty new. Just about a year. For the very first time, they did messed up with my drinks, but it was not a big deal. I think they are new and in training progress.
Until now, Baristas here is very friendly and I saw them work really hard because this location is super busy.

I have never been treated in such a rude way, at any Starbucks before!! The young lady who took my order, seemed to be in a bad mood or something. She didn’t ask me if I needed a receipt , when my drink came she just put it off to the side and didn’t call my name. I asked for a receipt when she gave it to me she was still very rude. I gave her the opportunity to correct her attitude she basically refused. That is lousy customer service! those of us who spend hard earned money at your coffee shops should be treated better than that.
