Very disappointing. Usually they’re on point and everything comes out quickly and correct. Today, however, it took 40 minutes for me to realize my sandwich wasn’t going to come out. I asked the gentleman at the register why I got the email 10 minutes prior that my order was ready if nothing is coming out. He apologized and checked in the back.
What had happened was the guy in the back didn’t make the order but deleted the ticket anyway. Accidents happen, right?
When I finally got my sandwich and got back to my desk it seemed like it was assembled by a child. Dry grilled chicken strips were placed on top of the lettuce sandwich with the dressing at the bottom. If the chicken is on the top, and dry to boot, why is the sauce in a different bite? Just doesn’t make any sense.
Normally this is not how they operate, which is why they got 2 stars rather than 1. I’m left with a dinner roll and a half’s worth of bread, I’m still hungry, and I wasted my entire lunch break because someone decided they didn’t want to make my sandwich.

I just ordered a chicken noodle soup and immediately brought it back because the chicken looked questionable and was dark grayish in color. As I approached the counter to return it an employee met me at the register and asked if it was the chicken noodle soup because he had another complaint earlier. While they refunded my money without an argument, its EXTREMELY concerning that they would sell soup that is not up to quality standards. Additionally, I am 6 months pregnant. This WILL NOT be the last time they hear from me if I get sick or have any issues due to eating bad chicken.
I work in the building and not only did they loose me as a customer, I will be sure to share this experience with my co-workers.
