In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Was not happy with the customer service I received on sat. So my kids and I went out for a meal through the drive / thru and the menu was lit up not working. So I drove up the window and there was an African American girl working the drive thru. I said do u know the menu is not working she said with an attitude rolling her eyes um yes there was a snow storm and I’m like yea I know that but your menu is still out. She gave me attitude the entire time I was in the drive thru. Very horrible customer service she definitely needs more training when dealing with customer interaction.

Our office usually orders from the Flower Mound location never a problem with service ever, thought we would give the Denton 288 location a try, the staff were nice but they completely botched the order to the tune of $14.00. I contacted the number provided on the website left a voicemail twice – no response, then contacted corporate by e-mail – no response. Not going to survive long with these one star reviews for customer service – good luck.

I had issues receiving the wrong food through the drive thru… called the number on Google for store#3248 and it simply goes to VM and nobody returns message after calling off and on for a week and leaving 2 messages. The receipt doesn’t even provide ANY contact information to attempt to resolve.

The lady that checked us out was very friendly. By the time we paid our food was done, which is actually odd! I couldn’t figure out how they did it so quickly. Then we opened our food and it was already pre-made, probably sitting under a heat lamp. My burrito was hard and cold. It was edible, so I didn’t complain. The restaurant was kind of dirty too, as far as the floors go. I would still go back, but order things that are more rare to ensure I get fresh food.

A great lunch at Taco Bueno, Denton, Loop 288. Great portion sizes on the #5 & #8. The tray of foodcwas delivered to our table, sweet! The dining room was actively being cleaned. An excellent lunch time meal at Taco Bueno!

Ordered large chips and queso and they gave me just the queso even tho they had given us the chips all the time before. the associate told me we had to purchase it separately which was odd and even weirder they didn’t give me my receipt so that I could check exactly what I had paid for. Overall very inconvenient.

We stopped went in here for a real quick lunch. We were not disappointed! The food was good – for fast food. But – what really impressed us was the staffs attitude. We felt like we were really appreciated!

I’m glad to finally have a Taco Bueno on the south-eastern part of town! This location is a bit hard to see from Loop 288. It’s next to Buff City Soap, in the old Golden Corral location, next to Popeye’s Chicken. Because it is in the old Golden Corral building, the drive-thru is a bit odd on the north side of the building.
The food is on par from what you’d expect from Taco Bueno. I’ve been here several times and the food has always been consistent. It may be because of the location, or people don’t know it’s open yet, but it hasn’t been extraordinarily busy since their first week of opening.

This Taco Bueno was very clean and the lady working the drive thru who also took our order was very kind. The food was delicious and came out fast.
