I ordered some gluten free cupcakes for my wedding party. I chose chocolate and almond. They were a hit and everyone loved them. Ordering was easy and there were a ton of options to choose from. I couldn’t eat them due to dietary restrictions but they looked wonderful. I appreciated that the woman on the phone made ordering and pick up a breeze. They even allowed me to order a small quantity since this was only for a few gluten free guests. I highly recommend them for your future pastry needs.

Sweet Pea did a great job catering our September wedding at the Marcy Casino. They offered a nice little tasting beforehand in their bakery so we could try their different flavors. They accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions and allergies. The gluten free and vegan options were very tasty. We had cookies, cupcakes, cake, and cake pops. Delivery and set up all went smoothly. We got lots of compliments on how delicious the desserts were! My favorite was their snickerdoodle cookie.

I ordered my bridal shower desserts and wedding desserts through Sweet Pea Bakery and can’t recommend them enough! I had already had some of their desserts and there isn’t a single treat that isn’t delicious. I also have Celiacs so I appreciate how many gluten-free options they offer and how dedicated they are to avoid any cross contamination.
I worked with Emily to place the order and she set up the cutest tasting for me at the bakery. I tried about 6 or 7 different desserts and went with an assortment of mini cupcakes, mini cookies, mini brownies, and mini carmelitas, all with some gluten-free and vegan options mixed in. Our guests at both the shower and wedding reception loved the desserts!
I also ordered a mini wedding cake just for us for my husband and I to enjoy. I had a friend pick it up that morning and put it in our fridge so we could enjoy it when we got home that night. Originally I ordered a regular mini cake but asked to change it to gluten-free last minute. On the wedding day, there was a slight mixup and a regular cake was given to our friend. Turns out the owner, Audrey, jumped in to save the day and had a second cake made (gluten-free this time) and had that delivered to the venue with our dessert order and put into fridge with the caterer to make sure we had our GF version to enjoy — so we ended up with TWO of the most beautiful vintage-style cakes! She texted me the morning of the wedding to keep me in the loop on what happened and it was SO thoughtful of her to have the second one made. Honestly, we would have been fine with the regular cake, especially since I had made the gluten-free request only several days before the wedding, but we really appreciated how much she wanted to ensure we had something special for our big day.
Highly recommend Sweet Pea and will continue to order all our special event desserts through them!

Ordered a plain cheesecake for my Birthday, didn’t want one from a store, wanted a bakery made, thought it would be better. Did not ask for gluten free, but it was. Unfortunately this was the worst cheesecake I ever had, no one in my family liked it. Presentation was pretty, way to much sour cream topping, which when I make a sour cream cheesecake the topping gets baked on. It tasted like sour cream with a little sugar mixed in and put on top of cake. The cheesecake itself was mealy and just didn’t taste good. To tip it off, they put a ring of frosting around it to make it look pretty, who wants extremely sweet cupcake frosting on a Cheesecake. Very disappointed, terrible Birthday dessert, I will never go here again. Granted they did make it for my husband ( who ordered it, Non gluten free) in a day.

Went in this morning, I didnt know this gem was here! I love the gluten free options. Breakfast wrap was delicious and they have turkey sausage. My boyfriend loved their chocolate chip cookies and their cherry brownie was to die for! cute little set up and they even have hand knitted afghans for sale! Will definitely come again!

I ordered costume cake for my son’s 10th birthday and he loved it. He got surprised when he saw it. I totally recommend this bakery store for birthday parties or any kind of events. It was beautifully crafted. All I did was I provided a picture of the cake and she created it better than how I wanted.
