Service was bad, Tartufi pizza was bland, prociutto wasn’t salty, porcini mushrooms bland and soggy, mozzarella creamy but again no salt..it left me wanting more..great crust but again no flavor with any of the components on top.
Also $8 for 6 oz house vodka w/cran & $9 for 6oz captain and coke…are you serious at 3pm on a tuesday?

From start to finish .the best food and service ever. the antipasti was amazing. As was the pizza cooked to perfection. They gave my family free shots of homemade liquor made by the owner. We enjoyed it very much and will always return.our new family place !

The food took over 1.5 hr to come out. No one even apologized about that. I was starving and all I had ordered was a soup and salad. My friends ordered 2 pizzas. There so many other people who came after us and got their food before us. After waiting over an hour, the waitress tells me “they just sampled the lentils and they think that they are bad…so do you want something else other than the lentil soup?”…an hour! It took her an hour to realize this and tell me about it. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
The only reason why I even gave this place more than 1 star is because the food was good. But what use is good food if your customer service is this bad?

Went with my family, had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the service to the overall atmosphere was perfect. The Appetizers and portions are huge so get ready to mangia. The salmon in the white sauce with the spinach and potatoes was amazing that I had, can’t believe I finished it all. Will definitely be coming back again, especially for that yummy salmon!

I have been going to Rosa Italiana for over a year, but this might have been my last time. Costumer Service is so important in a restaurant and they lack it! First of all, I was overcharged for a panini that I always pay less for and waiting over 20 minutes!!! Second of all, the guy taking my order was completely rude and didn’t even ask if I wanted to eat there or to go. And finally, he didn’t even ask if I wanted anything to drink. If you want to run a food business you should seriously think about who you hire and that they should have good customer service. There food is great but customer service SUCKS.

Nice little family run place, food is ok, not great. The waitress (an older woman) made my visit on a Monday at 1pm miserable, only cause it seemed like she could care less about what she was doing and just not attentive to customers. My lunch was served cold, but I didn’t bother to send it back cause I was pressed for time. I witnessed the table next to me ask for a drink twice, and she or I should say he had never got it. If you are a server, you should turn on your radar and know what and where your customers needs are, not look at the floor or ceiling while

Absolutely amazing! It is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for! My favorite dish is the rice balls! Perfect every time! Pizza is next on my list! Always crispy and delish! Veal…OMG I seriously could go on and on! Try it! You won’t be disappointed!

The food is bland and the service is horrible. Our waitress stayed talking at the bar and we had to ask another staff member whenever we needed something. It was slow when we went and yet our plates were being snatched before they even asked us if we were done. At one point they almost hit my niece in the face with the plate when removing it from the table. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or ever go there again. Also the fiid was priced as if it was an upscale restaurant. Overall on every aspect my visit was horrible.
