Absolutely loved our experience at Quattros! The atmosphere is welcoming and has a cool, laid-back vibe that makes you want to hang out a little longer. We tried the Spicy Italian sandwich and the turkey club, and both were incredible—packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. You can really tell they care about quality and authenticity here.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and checking in often to make sure everything was just right. It’s not every day you find that kind of service.
Quattros is definitely a gem in Amarillo—if you’re looking for something delicious and unique, this is the spot. We’ll absolutely be back!

Completely dead when I came in. Small area with two tables and bar seating for up to 7. Quattro’s Chicago Style and the Bacon hot dogs were delicious. Sport pepper added to the Chicago style had just enough heat. Can’t think of another restaurant in town that does hot dogs this good.

Omigosh! Traveling Colorado to Oklahoma frequently, we like to find unique places to dine. No chains or franchises. This place was PERFECT! I’ve been hungry for a legit Italian sub, and WOW! My husband had the hot beef sandwich, and loved it. Lots of food, amazing onion rings, fast and friendly service. My new “have to stop here” spot.

Departed Amarillo for greener pastures months ago, but I felt the need to go back and give Fidel and his establishment credit for providing an authentic Italian Beef sandwich in the armpit of Texas. I lived in Amarillo for 3 years and the closest thing to Italian beef I found made me wake up expecting a parasite to burst forth from my gut. Quattro’s on the other hand provides authentic Chicago flavors and the decor is a warm homage to the Italian-American subculture that shaped so much of America east of the Mississippi.
