I placed my order at the drive tru- 2 taco Doritos supreme, 1 bean &cheese burrito and 1 order of twists. I paid and the girl handed my card back. She handed me tge bag of food and I drove around to make sure I had all my food. My twists were not in the bag. I took my bad and went into the front. They just handed me a bag with 6 twists in it. After getting home I opened my 1st taco to find a regular, small taco with about 1 tbls of meat, 1 teaspoon of cheese and a lot of lettuce. It was not a Doritos taco Supreme. Neither was the other taco. She also did not put my receipt in the bag. I drove back immediately as I was not happy. I entered the store and explained what the problem was. He asked for my receipt!! Lol, I pointed to the young lady who gave me my order and said to ask her. She apologized. He had 2 tacos made for me. Unfortunately they were not put together very well. I’ve avoided this location in the past because of poor service and the store being messy, but had hoped things had gotten better. I advise not going here at all until they get new management and better quality employees. I’m surprised that the health department hasn’t made a visit.

2 chalupas and a 12 pack of tacos were $43. This was for 4 people. Right across the street sets a mexican restaurant where I could eat for $50 for 4 people without drinks. Taco bell was without drinks as well. You do the math. Bell don’t have chips. The beef the bell has comes from the scraps of the cow also.

So disappointing! got a bean burrito and nachos with cheese. No greeting in the drive thru, no total given, I ordered light sauce on the burrito, the boy at the window said oh light sauce as he is handing me my order. Got home and the burrito resembles more of a flat square and is cold, while ALL of my chips are crumbs. I get that it’s only $5ish dollars, but after a long shift, this was my dinner

The lady who took our order was rude. We get home and start eating and realize they put almost no meat in any of our items. The xl grilled steak burrito had 3 pieces of steak in it… we paid 28 dollars for rice and cheese

I placed an order on the TB app for $39. Went to pick it up, the staff was prompt and polite. My food was ready and I headed home. After getting all the food passed out, we realized we were missing a couple things. Called TB and the manager working was more than happy to compensate for my time of having to go back to the store! I drove back up and was given the missing items, and 3 coupons for free tacos. Guys!!! That’s a generous gift, because tacos are $1.75-$3.00 each! I definitely recommend this location!

By far the worst Taco Bell to go to after midnight. Their beans are ALWAYS dry. It’s like they are waiting and preparing to close 2 hrs early. Absolute trash.

Your tacos slack compared to what they used to be, literally the size of a notepad.
Your burritos are alright but not worth 70% of what an average person makes per hour.
What the hell happened to their being 7$ boxes and why are they 10$(+)?
Also customer service is wildn too, I walked in to check the prices and realized I’d be broke before I I could even feel any it satisfied by the food, so I went to the neighboring BK who has an deal of 3 for 7, and what’s crazy is they keep the same deal as they say on TV. Wild right?
Also had the common decency to at least say “have a good night” before I walked out and all I got is “alright”. Bro looked thinner than the tacos they was serving and would easily fold like a taco with that third grade attitude.
In short, avoid this spot specifically. Etowns spot is more respectful.

Place an order on line go up there supposed to been done at830 then get there it’s not they had to find my order then had to wait again for30 mins then they tell me they can’t but took my money and told me to call corporate what if that was all the money I had to feed my kids this place is a joke and ran by children I wasted an hr and a half of my time and lost my money I’ll never go here again
