I think the food is Delicious. The staff is awesome. To the people that don’t like it I would strongly suggest you go somewhere else. You know what happens when you complain about the food and they have to remake it.Lol

The food was delicious and fresh. I asked for white chicken meat for my bowl n they happily obliged, n didnt charge me extra for it, like most places do. The beef was tasty but the portion was extra scarce. The veggies were a lil crunchy just how i like them. Delicious lunch!

Horrible. My husband and my pregnant self walked into this establishment an hour before closure and were told that we could not order in the store. We were told that they were only excepting online orders at that time. So we walked back to the car and placed an online order. However after I placed an online order, 2 customers walked in after us and was able to order in person at the establishment. Also the online order I purchased was not complete, I was missing items. I still got charged the full amount. This is very unacceptable. Whomever the manger is needs to retrain or hire some different employees because that type of service should not be allowed or tolerated. We paid $20 for this plate with no salad dressing on the salad. My husband ordered potstickers and fruit and did not receive either items. SMH

This was my first time coming to this location & I was not disappointed! A staff member Zuleyma made me feel welcome & had such a great positive attitude. I appreciate these traits at any fast food place that I go to, I will most definitely be coming back for many more meals. Loved my experience.

This location used to be pretty good. Unfortunately, in the last several months it seems to have gone down hill. We have issues with order accuracy (despite ordering in the app so there is no misunderstanding), and the food doesn’t taste fresh. The chicken was dry and tough and the dumplings tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time and reheated. I decided to try one of their new tacos. It was literally 2 bites, so not worth the price they have listed on the menu. I think tonight may have been the last time we eat there for a while. No matter, there are plenty of chicken and rice bowl placed nearby. Maybe we’ll give WaBa another shot in a couple years.
