The staff member stepped away and didn’t return. Waited 45 minutes to get a mega milkshake and they never came back. We asked the employee at the shop across the mall and she didn’t know where the employee went. The lights were all on, but the gate was down. Had looked forward to it all day. Super disappointing.

My daughter loves this place! Today she did a skit and got to try their amazing cotton candy, orange juice over cotton candy and a delicious milkshake! Very friendly workers and decorated to bring on a smile of anyone at any age

We love this place!!! Friendly staff, awesome sweets, very chill environment. I love that they do these cool events with characters for the kids. We have met Mickey and minnie, Elsa and Olaf and Santa!!! My daughter loves going there to hang out and get a cotton candy or shake. I love the brownie shake. Everyone is always so nice and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s truly a good place for kids and adults looking to embrace that sweet tooth with a treat. Adding gift cards/certificates would make it perfect. Hopefully that’s coming soon!!!!

Great place with great treats, my son loves going here. It’s a tad on the pricey side but you are getting a good value and a good shock and awe value out of it. If it were cheaper I’d take my son there every week , but I’ll stick to a treat with him once a month.

Visited the Valley Mall location in Hagerstown MD. The employee was not very enthusiastic and seemed annoyed to have customers.
I ordered a mega oreo milkshake for 14.99 and it was huge and looked great, but unfortunately besides the oreo topping and chocolate drizzle on the top/mug/plate, the shake itself tasted very bland– not cookies & cream or even vanilla, more like drinking frozen cereal milk.
I also looked at other reviews mentioning employees not wearing gloves and saw the same thing happening during my visit. She was the only employee working so jad to go between the order point and making drinks multiple times.
The “tacos” were also served in weird tasting waffle bowls.

The idea & aesthetic of this place is really cute, so my husband and I wanted to check it out, The employee wasn’t very welcoming, but that was fine I just assumed she was shy. The milkshake came out really cute however we couldn’t enjoy it bc the employee didn’t use gloves and we witnessed her prepare our treat with bare & unwashed hands, she also ran to the back multiple times in the middle of making the treat and who knows what she was touching in the back. The straws weren’t packaged and she was touching the tip of the straw with her fingers. I don’t mean to be rude but in food business you just expect a certain level of sanitation especially in todays age of COVID. Tables, chairs, & floors weren’t clean. I gave 2 stars bc it has potential just needs training on sanitation. (:

The owners are attentive, and th he milkshakes are beautiful! My only reason for giving four stars is that they do not make their own icecream. For the price, I would have expected homemade icecream, and not Hershey’s. Still, it’s a fun, family establishment.
