A great addition to the selection of great local restaurants we have here in our lovely little town. Great atmosphere. Beautiful decorated. Complementary bread sticks. Excellent selection of menu items. My son and wife loved it. Wish the music system had better sound just to make the atmosphere even better with their Italian music.

We were looking for a convenient place my fil could access with his walker. Napolis was located very close to the handicap ramp making it much easier for him. Pleasant surprise. The menu offers many of the classics. We all found them to be nicely prepared. Pricing was within expectations and portions were equally good. The only downside is they serve Pepsi products instead of Coke.

Loved the food and atmosphere. The prices were downright reasonable. After just spending 35$ for 5 guys burger and fries earlier in the day, 60$ for full service drinks and dessert for two was refreshing. Went on a Sunday night and had no wait. Service was great and the Tiramisu was a perfect way to end the meal. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Not sure if they’re using real chicken or not. I ordered chicken parmigiana and the first bite of chicken had a spongy texture. Upon cutting another piece, it just wobbled on my fork. Definitely not the consistency of chicken I’m familiar with. Will definitely stick to vegetarian dishes as the sauces are phenomenal. Just a HORRIBLE experience with the chicken piece I received.

The food was amazing and adequately priced ~$20 a plate. The portions are good size the music playing was more “pop” style Italian music as opposed to the older slower Sinatra esc stuff you get from Olive Garden, the service was fast and friendly, they have kids meal options, the wine was on point and I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone driving through or living-in Elgin Texas. Will visit again!

Not sure if my original post posted. Therefore, wanted to be sure and recommend this restaurant one more time! Highly recommend! Food is always fresh, hot, and delicious!! Restaurant is always clean! Even the restrooms!! Tables/booths are also well kept and maintained. Jay and the staff are always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Look no further for the best Italian food in the area! Downtown restaurants usually struggle due to low traffic, but I never hesitate to drive in town for Napolis! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had dinner at Napolis Italian Bistro last night and it was perfect from start to finish. The food tasted incredibly fresh — you can really tell everything is made with love and authentic Italian ingredients. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the tiramisu was probably the best I’ve ever had.
The staff were super friendly and attentive without being pushy. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and felt like a real family-owned spot in Italy. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend this place to anyone who loves real Italian food!

Food wasn’t good. My husband got manicotti and it was super salty. My spaghetti was ok. My son’s fettuccini was probably the best out of the 3. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good, but the calamari was like rubber bands. They did offer to remake them. Hopefully they will get better, they are still new. Will try them again another time. Everyone deserves another chance
