Just had another amazing meal at March. Olivier runs a tight ship, and his Chef knows how to put out amazing food. Best Casoulet I have had in a long time, reminded me of real in-country French fare. Deserts were fantastic, and drink menu expansive.
Merci!

Tuesday fried chicken special is a must!! Was hesitant to get a southern signature in a French restaurant but it was so juicy and tender. Not overly greasy or burned like some often are. Batter was light and crispy. Very well seasoned- not dry or peppery at all.

Beet salad was good and appreciate them splitting one into two for us to share. The French onion soup is a good option during the winter. Wish it had a more solid & thick cheesy top tough.

Slowish service. Restaurant had 4-5 tables but dinner took a while to come out. But on the flip side you know it’s fresh 🙂

Marche aux Fleurs is simply a magical experience. The food is fantastic, the service is great, and the ambiance is lovely. Cute spot, excellent service, fabulous food (I really appreciate that they support sustainable agriculture, local farmers, etc.) The garden outside seating area was a very enjoyable space to be in.

We had another wonderful dinner at Marché last night. We had not been in several years until we heard that Olivier was now managing the place. He has truly worked with the staff to create a warm and inviting experience. The addition of Happy Hour, live music and nightly specials has really enhanced this very special place.
The food is consistently delicious and the service is warm and friendly. After several visits to the garden patio this Summer, we look forward to some cozy meals inside this Winter.

The worst for us was the service, it was so slow. We stayed at the restaurant for probably 2h/2:30h, and it wasn’t because we had trouble deciding what to order, and the chair seat outside it’s a little uncomfortable. The desert it was a flourless chocolate cake, but it seemed more like a brownie. The steak was the best of the night, perfectly cooked.

Marche is my family’s favorite restaurant in Marin – we come here for all of our special events, and it never disappoints. The food is absolutely delicious every time, and is only out matched by the kind and attentive staff! The ambiance is unique – elevated but cozy, with a beautiful patio and blankets if you get cold! Truly this place delivers from start to finish, and has for over a decade. If you’re thinking of coming here for a special night, or to make an ordinary night special, I highly recommend you do!!

Was expecting better, tbh. The halibut was dry (cardinal sin). Actually, all the meat was over-cooked and dry, sadly. Even the pieces of house-made bacon on the BLT salad were cooked to within an inch of their life. The sauce on the sautéed kale that came in the entrée, and the salad dressing were delicious, though. The menu is inspired, but the actual cooking of the proteins was poorly executed. That being said, the flour-less chocolate cake was to die for. The salad was quite generous, we split it for two, but it could have gone three easily. The artisanal bread was excellent.

Fabulous dinner in Ross. Across our family we ordered 10 dishes and everything was fantastic. While the wine by the glass choices were limited there were plenty of half bottle and wine can options. We loved the carbonara and the steak frites in particular. The olives and bread with salted butter were also highlights. Would definitely recommend.

A true Earth-to-Table mixed Euro-Mediterranean-California style fare perfectly blended. Rich and fresh flavors and a quite extensive list of starters and entrees. Soothing beer soup (pictured) was a perfect warmup. The house gnocchi was delicious and plentiful. 1/2 price wine Wednesdays are a bargain and an opportunity to beat crowds. The rather unembellished surroundings can make for a loud evening. We look forward to warmer weather when we can dine outside. This was one of my favorite meals in a while.
