The sandwich was good overall, but the customer service was beyond awful. I couldn’t even eat inside how uncomfortable I felt around the woman. The tan middle-aged redhead was so abrupt, snippy and just downright rude. I felt uncomfortable even customizing my lunch and couldn’t wait to leave. The tables also were in need of wiping.

I ordered a sub online for pickup around 10AM about a week ago at this establishment. When I got there, the place was closed, so I used Subway’s websites convoluted and automated report a problem feature to get a refund. After around six days I get an e-mail saying simply the situation was resolved. I never got a refund. I will be contacting corporate in every avenue to get my stolen money back. I will never order Subway again due to my money essentially being stolen by the owners of this establishment. They should feel shame.

Placed an order for pickup. Hot sandwiches were cold, none were toasted except the steak and cheese which wasn’t even wrapped. It was stuffed into a brown bag where all the toppings fell off. Ordered a meatball with pepperoni, spinach and extra cheese. Got salami and black olives. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese on flatbread, got it on a hard footlong loaf of bread. Will not go to this location again.

If I could give a negative star I would , I have been a loyal subway customer and I never complained up until now because I know what it’s like to work in customer service and I’ve even worked at a subway before . I always leave them a nice tip and everything. Sometimes I get too tired for my night shift job to even come up so I DoorDash . Yesterday I DoorDash subway and they forgot the bacon I paid an extra 1 dollar and something cents , not the biggest deal , but still annoying . Then I went to order today and that was my last straw . My sandwich was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t and it is what it is but for them to not even toast the bacon that is ridiculous. I’m definitely never coming to this subway again and I don’t think anyone else should . Every other subway in Brunswick is way better and I hate how this location always takes my DoorDash order !!!! I’m sorry subway for leaving a bad review but I’m very upset this time 🙁

I frequently order online for pickup from this location, and the subs are always made quickly and taste great. They’re usually correct, but one time they made a mistake that could have seriously affected my girlfriend’s severe allergies. Thankfully, they were accommodating and remade her order.

The customer service was pretty good. At first they mistook a question about my order. They thought I was trying to change a mobile order but I was asking to make sure what size drink I paid for. The issue I had was with the food itself. I ate half of the footlong on Tuesday and I got violently ill, I was hoping I had the flu. Then I ate the other half on Wednesday and got just as sick. It had to have been good poisoning.

I ordered 2 foot-long cold cut on wheat. They didn’t have wheat so I had to settle for Italian not knowing that they didn’t tell me they changed the Cold sandwich it was terrible. They added some type of other meat on there and the salami and that was it your choice of cheese. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from there. Are they ever going to bring back the cold cut and I’d like to have my money back refunded, it’s literally not what I wanted

This specific location really deserves zero stars. After contacting pearl rd Brunswick subway about a pick up order missing chips and incorrect sub topping I received a response from the “owner”. It was a generic thanks for contacting us and it helps us do better in the future. There was no mention of my missing items or a solution. When I emailed back no response. As an owner you should take pride in your franchise.

Had a late night craving and the worker, I forgot to get his name, was so nice! I only tipped a few dollars and he was so sweet about it and thanked me so much despite only tipping a bit. Food was amazing as always!

Ordered online, left a 6$ tip. The meat was so skimpy I thought they forgot to put it on! Went to get a new sandwich, he accused me of trying to get a free sandwich. I drove down there twice. Rude Ahole. Never going there again.
