Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Employees speak atrocious English and you can hardly understand anything they say. Then on top of that they absolutely botch our online order. Pretty much 90% of our sandwiches were made wrong, some made very wrong, and on top of everything, never gave us our two large drinks. Then as if things couldn’t get any worse, someone went back to the store after we got home, to get the drinks they had skimped us out of. This completely incompetent lady has the AUDACITY to tell them that whoever picked up the order was responsible to have to get their OWN drinks. You have got to be kidding lol. Made us pay for the drinks all over again with zero apology or attempt to make it up to us whatsoever. Just a complete disaster of a restaurant. GET RID OF THESE EMPLOYEES IMMEDIATELY. Do better Subway.

Workers messed up multiple aspects of a large online take-out order such as toppings, cheese, and skimping on meat. In addition, two large cokes were ordered which were never received. When we went back to get them, they said whoever picked up the order was responsible for getting the drinks themselves even though this was never explained. No apology was given, and management never offered to make it right. Overall very disappointed, and we will not be back

Absolutely terrible service ordered normal on all. This chick goes out of her way to grab a SINGLE banana pepper. 3 black olives and a single pickle. how is that even possible. 2nd time theyve done this. They barely speak coherent english. I thought speaking english would be kinda high on the priority of working for my company.

Once again, terrible service. Subway needs to stop sending coupons these places don’t take. After building my sandwich, the worker refused to take my coupon. I reviewed the coupon and the terms and stated the sub is not restricted. She stated it was owner operated and can only order from this particular board. I asked why don’t you have that posted anywhere. She didn’t care I left the sub and walked out. Plenty of other food franchises to order from that accept their own coupons. Won’t be going back.

Stopped to get gas on a long road trip, decided subway sounded good. Got a BLT sub, had 2 slices of bacon after I asked for extra-which I do not mind paying for, 2 slices in total is not extra. Wanted cucumbers, she put one slice of cucumber on and after I asked for extra, added two more slices. Same with jalapeños. Very disappointed with the service overall.

If you’re looking to try a new pretzel I wouldn’t recommend. I don’t know if the woman misunderstood me or she just didn’t know the difference. I asked for salt and she looked at me, looked at the shaker bottles, then pours the cinnamon all over it. She had the salt and cinnamon in each hand but since they didn’t have labels she couldn’t distinguish salt from cinnamon

The food was delicious, as always. The sandwich makers at the time were foreign with a heavy accent, so if you can’t hear well, and you don’t know what you wanna get beforehand, it might not be super easy to understand them. But I thought they were very nice and I loved their accent!

SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’d rate no stars if I could. After telling me they were out of the bread AND meat I wanted, the Indian woman told me the sauce I requested would be extra. I would think after disappointing a customer by not having what she advertised in the store, even if it dId cost extra (which it never has at any other Subway) she might try to be polite and toss it in for free anyway. Add to that her rude manners and the fact there was standing water on the floor (no wet floor sign) and a good amount of dropped food. Plus if those weren’t enough, my soda overflowed a little and not being rude myself, i was willing to clean up my own mess. When asked if she could give me a couple of napkins, it turned into a big deal. Her side of which was just to repeat “I put napkins in your bag.” even after trying to explain I was simply trying to clean to after myself. Finally had to dig into the bag of tightly packed foot longs to retrieve the SINGLE napkin she put in to wipe up my own dripped soda. I assume she is the owner or family of the owner…in which case I suggest to Subway they pull their franchise.

Rushed out and told us we could no eat there and I had been traveling in an uhaul all day I just wanted to sit down and eat my food cuz they close at 8 yet its posted online they close at 9:30. Over charged me for my salad and didn’t give me the double meat there was barely any thing inside of my salad it was like a two year old gave me hand fulls of everything. I will be calling Corp and I will never step foot in this place again disgusted
