Clean store. Convenient location with ample parking. We visited this location on a Saturday at lunch time and there were two employees working. There was a line but it did move fast and efficiently. The staff did seem a bit rushed but did an excellent job on our order.
Two Italian BMTs. The Italian bread with cheese and herds was perfectly textured. All the vegetables were fresh and not skimped on. This was one of the best sandwiches we have had from a Subway in awhile.
We will be returning to this location.

Im from Texas visit this area first time. Great service at the Subway in Hokes Bluff, AL! The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was made just the way I like it. I really enjoyed the food, fresh and tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Resham (not sure about spelling) is an excellent employee. He always goes about & beyond for customer service to the customers. All of the food we have gotten there since his employment started has been excellent. As before he came to work this location it was horrible the food & service both was so bad that we quit eating here. Stopped by one day & he’s was there (he’s always there …dedicated) and I have never quit coming back. Im singing praises for him & his excellent service & preparation & above all HIS SMILE !!!! HE MAKES A CUSTOMER FEEL APPRECIATED

Order online, says it’s ready and then you have to wait behind the long line of people that are ordering when you go in. I don’t order online to have to wait in line! They also put ingredients on the salad that you requested to be removed.

My wife got a pizza sub and it was terrible, very dry, very little flavor and I got a steak sub and the steak had no flavor and the bread was so hard you could hardly bite it. they have had good sandwiches in the past but this time it was not very good and the guy working wasn’t very pleasant. And there was only one Guy working.

Both girls were competent, attentive, and super efficient. They were patient as I asked for a specific amount of vegetables added to my sandwich. It was the perfect amount! It tasted terrific, everything was fresh, and the bread was soft baked and fresh! Thank you ladies for your hard work.

I’m updating my review! This will be my last time every ordering from here again. On May 17, 2023 @ 7:00 pm I placed online order. Arrived 10 mins later to be told they hadn’t even started preparing it and the worker said, and I quote, “Well I guess I have something to do now.” Both Footlongs were not made to order. I asked for extra pickle and no cucumber. I did not get pickle but heavy cucumber! My husband asked for toasted and they couldn’t even do that. This is the 3rd time in a row our order has been wrong and that’s it for me. I can make a $10.00 sandwich at home for less than that and better.

Seems they had a recent renovation and possibly new management. They ended up getting new hires that don’t understand English, and each time I’ve been there they’d always screw something up with the order. “No lettuce” gets us a lot of lettuce.

Today I ordered a hot shot Italiano on flatbread lightly toasted. This man left it in the toaster after it beeped while he made another sandwich instead of pulling it out. My flatbread was rock hard on one side and he argued with me saying it wasn’t overcooked or old explaining it’s cause they changed their flatbread ingredients(why was my son’s soft he had the same sandwich toasted as well?!) When I told him I wanted it remade with new bread he then remade it and argued with me again telling me he absolutely cannot toast it. Had to take my $10 sandwich home and heat it up. As a former employee of subway I was trained the customer is always right! I was not looking for an argument just an edible sandwich to eat beside my family smh! After he finished fixing my sandwich he then stood in the corner towards the back quite obviously talking about us to a coworker while my family ate. Very uncomfortable and disappointing! This subway used to be great! We usually visit every Saturday right before our climb at Gadrock however, this was our last visit at this location!
