Went through the drive through and told my husband to have patience as I figured new location new trainees. After ordering our food was made so sloppy and gross looking. Forgot to get sauce and my husband went inside and was standing waiting while all the kids working were talking it up with their friends including the manager ignoring him completely. I don’t usually talk down on a place but have some common decency it is literally your jobs. Oh yeah and our order was wrong.

My experience here was beyond horrible, for a new mcdonald’s opening they should really close down. i had ordered an apple pie & got no apple pie. that’s not the point tho, halfway through eating my quarter pounder i realized it was raw. absolutely disgusting.

Let’s start with addressing some of those negative reviews about “Having to order through a kiosk”. This is is the future now for fast food folks. More and more fast food restaurants are moving to this method of ordering. Location is great and the place is very nice and nicely sized parking lot. It is located on Verrado way and very easy to get in and out. Service was good. They are still learning and could make a mistake or two but they have good customer service and food is comparable to any other McDonalds in the area.

For a new McDonald’s the service and quality is horrible. No apple pies in stock, was asked to wait and pull ahead because just getting a side of Big Mac sauce, was considered a strange request and required a wait? Then it was given to us in this…they have small side containers and this has never been an issue at any other location.

I wouldn’t suggest ordering delivery from this location! The food is good but they consistently forget any sauces! I ordered nuggets in which the sauces are literally part of the meal and they ask you what kind you want when you order it. Didn’t get that or the extras I ordered.

SLOW! Everytime I’ve been here it’s 20 minutes plus to get our food and it’s not even busy…. They don’t have someone who stays at the front so a group of customers has to form for someone to acknowledge them at the register and the lobby is the smallest I’ve ever seen. The employees are nice just an over all bad execution and lay out.
