Do not order delivery. They drench everything with whatever condiments you choose to the point the bread and any paper falls apart, and hopefully they’re not using a paper bag because that will be drenched too. Condiments should compliment not overpower. It’s all you taste once you put it in a bowl. When you cannnot taste the onions or any of the peppers you know it’s too much. Please train your staff. Also what is the point in having a phone if it never rings? I tried to call to ask for it on the side or moderation but nope straight to voicemail.

The ingredients were fresh, my sandwich was well-made, and the restraunt was clean and well-stocked (napkins, straws, chips, etc). The service wasn’t the best, and the workers were impolite. I felt very rushed, even though I there was only one other person in line, nobody behind me. Once I got my sandwich, it was good though!

I went to this subway with my other mom and i ordered a salad i told them to chop the salad up they said sorry but we can’t so rude and when i got my salad and sweet tea the tea I got tasted like it was sitting there for a day and the salad oh boy it was greasy and i ate it , it messed up my stomach i hurted and the wall was peeling of and behind the wall was mold and the C⁰² alarm was blinking

Santanjala is great! She saved my team’s day by providing swift service and everything was really good. I came during rush hour and she still took care of my large order with a more than positive attitude. Being a Manager myself I have to recognize when I feel like an employee goes above and beyond when I’m out shopping. It’s rare to find great customer service. Great job Santanjala!!!

HORRIBLE

My partner and I came in today THE worst costumer service! The lady had the rudest attitude I only ordered my bread, meat, and cheese after I was done my partner was about to order his. When the lady goes “ YOU SHOULD OF TOLD ME IT WAS TWO SANDWICHES SO I COULD OF MADE IT AT THE SAME TIME” I immediately was shocked because I work in customer service and I HAVE NEVER spoken to anyone like that nor do I expect someone to speak to me like that! I left the half made sandwich and left that place immediately no one is allowed to speak to me like that! And hope you work at that customer service!!

Our sandwiches were good, but the customer service from one team member was incredibly lackluster. I was not greeted or welcomed – it was just, “What kinda san’wich you want?”

The dining area was not clean either. We sat inside and ate, and every table I tried was dirty. I’ve been here now 45 minutes and every table has yet to be cleaned – and there has been a definite lull in customers. But I guess it may be difficult to clean tables when you’re busy laughing and cackling in the back room…

My girlfriend and I were looking forward to getting sandwiches from here all day yesterday (Wednesday). When we got off work, we immediately went, arriving at 9:30pm. They closed at 10pm. I thought this was fine, as I’m not the type to arrive 5 minutes before closing. Upon walking in, the workers complained about us being there and locked the door behind us, saying “I don’t care who reports me, I’m locking this door”. My girlfriend and I promptly lost our appetite for subway, unlocked the door, and left.

I’ve worked in retail. I understand the dread of working late and having someone walk in. But to make your customers feel unwelcome and like a bother is not okay. Really unprofessional.

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service is HORRIBLE. One day during the week my boyfriend worked late and we saw Subway closed at 10:00 pm, so we went there at 9:30 pm (right after he got off work). As soon as we walked in, one staff member said, “lock the door. I don’t care who reports me. We’re not accepting anymore customers.” I understand it can be frustrating when customers arrive mins before closing, but we were there 30 min before they closed and their “open” sign was still lit. My boyfriend and I immediately lost our appetites for Subway, unlocked the door, and left. Worst staff ever!!!!
