I travel for a living. I eat pizza all over the east coast and mid west. I’m from Ohio. Is this the best pizza I’ve had? no. I will say it’s in the top ten best places in Ohio.. There was an issue with my delivery as I was in a hotel room, but the driver corrected the issue and hastily delivered a new pizza to me 100% owning his mistake. I will definitely order again before I leave the area.

I usually don’t complain about much but my food was messed up which never happens coming from engine house. No big deal mistakes happen but a guy walked in saying the food was right which the lady at the front counter agreed with me that it was not. After hes in the back saying the food was right with an attitude slamming doors I also heard him saying he was going to beat someone’s head in I doubt he was talking about me but that’s very unprofessional the way he acted about my food and the way he was talking about someone in the back. I hope the owner sees this and hires someone with more manners than that guy.

Ordered due to our local place being closed this weekend due to the fair. Still delivered from Sabina when the app showed New vienna. We were outside their delivery area but they still made the trip to us. This is always appreciated and its a shame because we would order from engine house more often! Great pizza!

Even when they had no Internet and calls had to be forwarded to personal phone we were able to order and greeted with great hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure our village was able to enjoy all their good food regardless of the circumstances. Thank you so much!!!!

Chicken strips was more like breaded chicken jerky way to thin and fried to crisp. Tried to get a picture of how thin but they wouldn’t stand on their edge. Won’t order these again. If I was eating in I would have sent them back.

This place gets worse and worse. We got pizza and sandwiches and sides from there last night and it was terrible. Stop putting onions on everything you make, I don’t understand why you keep doing it. Anyway I spent $50 I feel like I got totally ripped off the food was absolutely disgusting. Tasted terrible and was made terribly . Never ever again.

Okay so I have called in the past to order a woman always sounds angry and annoyed that I’d be calling. Then I started ordering on slice their online app for delivery. Specifically I always write a message please leave at door there’s also an option during payment if you’d like them to leave your food at the door and I click it. Not once has it ever been left at the door I always have a person constantly knocking. Makes the dog go crazy and she’s a runner so know I have to hold her and try and get all of this food with one hand. I tip in the app so there’s nothing they should be waiting for. Also one time we ordered in the app we went to pick up our food and they said they never got it! We paid and the money already left our accounts too. Also the quality of the food is terrible each day it looks and tastes different I’ve also been having a hard time finding the sauce on the pizza? It’s like there’s absolutely none on it sometimes. I’m extremely disappointed considering this is like the only place that delivers or has food in Sabina besides subway I could go on and on about how terrible this place is. Cheese sticks nasty! Fries nasty! You can’t even order a sauce cup(garlic, ranch, marinara) without ordering a side so instead of just pizza I have to get a fry or something that comes with sauce. Don’t even get a a sub or anything of that matter either might as well stay hungry then eat whatever comes out of that kitchen.
