I ordered a Footlong club double meat. It was horrible. The meat was cut extremely thick. It looked as though they meant to carve it for Thanksgiving. I was really craving a lunch meat sandwich while I was out door-dashing and this did not hit the spot at all. I’ve never seen a subway put this thick of meat on my sandwiches. The first bite I took was a hunk of fat inside the ham which ruined it for me. When I called to inform them the lady told me there was no way because they made perfect sandwiches every time. She asked me to come back and she’d replace it but I live in Independence and was not going to drive 20 minutes back for a sandwich. At least she offered though. However I’m out $16.

My order was a carry-out otherwise I would have asked to remake my sandwich. Being my first time at this Subway it was confusing to find the entrance to the Subway. My six inch sub was about an inch short, the bread was tough like it gets when it was in the microwave to long, the meat and cheese in the sandwich was skimpy. This Subway sandwich went in the trash.

Best Subway. Everyone is very friendly, food always fresh, a variety of options to choose from, soup, salads, nachos and of course subs. This store is a very clean location. Highly recommend. My family and I are there every other day.

We’ve been here many times and it NEVER disappoints. Have been to others and 99% of the time we say we should have just come to this one or not wasted the money. Always so clean and the people are welcoming and nice. Had the opportunity to meet the owners once, and made sure to tell them how amazing they are but wanted to be sure everyone else knows too. The best Subway in about a 50 mile radius!!

messed up my online order several times. There is no easy way to resolve issues. The owner contacted me, but provided a fake number. I even filed a complaint with the BBB – no response. Terrible ownership, they dont care to get orders right or if their customers are happy.
