I had an amazing experience at Subway, and I truly want to highlight the incredible service I received—especially from Jessica, the team leader. From the very beginning, she was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I felt welcomed. Her leadership clearly sets the tone for a positive atmosphere in the store. Corry was also very nice and supportive during the process, but it was Jessica who truly stood out with her professionalism and warm personality. You can tell she really cares about her work and the people she serves. Thank you, Jessica, for being so thoughtful and making my visit such a pleasant one!

I downloaded the subway app just to use at this subway n guess what its a SUBWAY RESTAURANT that DOES NOT HONOR THE SUBWAY APP!! That is absolutely ridiculous to me.. and why? Because Loves owns Subway. The worker was fine the food was fine. My complaint is I went there strictly to use the app and get a deal. When i was checking out, After the food is made, that is when I found out I could not use the app.

So I and my mother walked in the loves beside it to use the restroom. Already planning on stopping in the subway. When we walk in we were waiting for 5 minutes because the workers were in the little room laughing and talking. Took them another 3 minutes to put gloves on. As we started telling them our order a girl with rainbow hair constantly rolled her eyes. Same with the mixed girl. The manager also looked earatated with the girls. Definitely will not be going back. Do not recommend.

Wow both ovens off on thanksgiving and McDonald’s closed. We spend good money for a sandwich. The worker was completely rude. I had to repeat what cheese I wanted. I’m in there quite a bit and the worker acts inconvenienced every time I order a sandwich. I witnessed he was rude to other customers while my sandwich was being made. Very toxic

This place was a joke this morning! The girl that was working when I went in said she was on break and wouldn’t make me 2 sandwiches that I would have to go to the front desk of the loves and they would take care of me… well the loves doesn’t cover Subway. She needs wrote up. It wasn’t like there was a line of people there.

don’t let the reviews fool you. I got a 6 inch spicy Italian and 3 cookies. I was served by Elizabeth and she was great very helpful although she was alone with 3 customers when we could hear other people in the back laughing She went above and beyond for me. We need more employees like her. Shame on the other employees.

First time I eat at this subway the meatballs were dark and funny. Second time the bread was raw and chewy. Third time today the vegetables tasted like they were not washed. Maybe they are freezing stuff.

A night shift employee named Keanon ( unsure of spelling ) had told my husband and I that he could not make the meatball sub after midnight because of store policy. We come in this morning and a guy we haven’t been served from before is working. My husband jokes how he wished they had the meatball sub at this time but he will get the * insert order * instead. The nice employee explained how he did have the meatballs, and asked us if the other guy told us that. We tell him yes, that everytime we came in we couldn’t get the meatball sub because after 12 am they were no longer allowed to serve it. Turns out he was lying because he was too lazy to prep them. The employee explained they were 24 hours with any item on the menu ( expectations for out of stock etc ) We believed this for over a year and could not order the meal that we preferred because of a lie. Employees like that do nothing but cost money in lost sales and lost customers. Very disappointing, but shout out to the other guy with the tattoos on his arm for the customer service he provided. He was very kind about the issue.

Wow, this place is busy. The young lady with the neck tattoo, is unbelievably fast at service!! She was running circle around her fellow employees. Super impressed! Great sandwich

I really like this subway normally I would give them 5 stars however today there is a lady who has felt the need to bring her dog into the restaurant I consider myself dog friendly but this dog barked at everyone who walked in the door that’s not the reason I was upset it is a small place everyone haste walk by this dog to get in and out they have the audacity to post a sign at the door that says No shoes No shirt No service ” but they can express themselves by saying “No dogs in the restaurant ” I think it’s rude and inconsiderate to the rest of the customers
