We had such a beautiful and unforgettable experience at this restaurant. My boyfriend proposed to me here, and the entire staff made our special moment even more magical. Everyone was incredibly kind and warm, constantly congratulating us and making us feel truly celebrated.
The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. We had already ordered dessert ourselves, but the team surprised us with an additional dessert decorated with a special presentation and a congratulatory message. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture.
Both the servers and the management were amazing — the manager personally came to our table to congratulate us and brought the dessert herself. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our night perfect.
Thank you for making one of the most important moments of our lives so memorable. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I went to Isabella’s for Valentine’s Day this evening. Neither myself nor my wife had eaten here before so we had no prior knowledge of what to expect. We made reservations and were the second couple to arrive upon Isabella opening. The attire of the servers with the white tops did give it a clinical feel per a previous review. Atmosphere felt rather cold due to all the blue coloring within the facility. My wife and I typically will look at the menu before we arrive at a restaurant, after we ordered it had been maybe 20 minutes before our server told us that there was an issue in the kitchen and that the cooks weren’t able to see that orders had been placed due to technical error even though it was Valentine’s Day and you’d expect customers to be there upon opening which delayed us getting our appetizer. We finally received our entrees an hour into our visit all while being the second couple that arrived after the opening. Isabella’s should upon their website images of their food if it changes. I ordered the beef carpaccio because it looked really good on their website but once it arrived at our table it looked nothing like what was on their website. Same with the shrimp carbonara. No egg as illustrated on the photo and portion size was much smaller. It was a good meal but definitely not worth $127, $24 for two Caesar salads that were the portion size that we received was not worth it either.

Wow. Just wow. I didn’t expect that much, heard some good things but wasn’t as absolutely amazing as it turned out to be. We had the cosmo and Martina for drinks to start (both delish!) and the side Caesar salad. Salad was great, not fishy or anything, just tasty. Croutons were crunchy, lettuce crisp, and that amazing Ramadan “bowl”! We had the Beggsr’s purses and lasagna. Both were super tasty and absolutely wonderful. I did not expect such fantastic food in NWA. Sooo good. And atmosphere is really classy, very nice and upscale without making us feel out of place. Service was wonderful, prompt, attentive, not swarming just spot on fantastic. If you’re lucky you’ll have Ashley to serve, she went above and beyond making this a great night out.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Me and the wife had a absolutely fantastic time! Staff, management and food was top tier. Our Bartender Destiny had out of this world customer service, she really took the time to show us she cared. This is going to be our regular spot. 10/10 customer service and food!

The complimentary bread was well cooked and tasty. The stuffed mushrooms were tasty but barely more than room temperature. I had lasagna for an entree and my wife had shrimp carbonara. Both were again barely more than room temperature. And the flavor was just average at best. Certainly, not what you’d expect for over $90 with a tip. We could have had a similar meal for much less at Napoli’s or Olive Garden.
No iced tea at all and little to no ice in the water.
On the positive side, the styling of the restaurant was nice and service was good. Our wait for food was not too long either.
But a restaurant is about the food. And it was not worth what we paid and not good enough to bring us back.

We spent our date night here at your amazing restaurant tonight – loved everything about it!! From our incredible waitress (I can’t remember her name but lives in Bella Vista, has red hair) who was so attentive and thoughtful, to the DELICIOUS FOOD, amazing decor, and lovely music. MJ showed us around and we couldn’t be more exited for this amazing dining experience being brought to Bentonville. THANK YOU for opening up here, I’m so so happy there’s finally a GOOD, reasonably priced restaurant to go to. My new “spot”!! Will be recommending to all my friends!

We finally got the chance to try Isabella‘s last night. It was amazing! Grace took great care of us and the food was definitely five stars! I had the 16 layer lasagna and my wife had the halibut. We had a nice bottle of Octopoda Pinot Noir as well!

Don’t waste your time or money. First time dining here. We saw the review on Hangry Pedler. The place is spotless and service very welcoming and accommodating. The cocktails were average. The food was where we found it lacking. Diver scallops were very small and the sauce flavor was good. Caesar salad was mediocre and on small side. We were hopeful, but don’t plan coming back. When the server realized we were not ordering entrees he added a large party gratuity of 20% to protect his tip, but it actually cost him money because we were going to be generous, but then he tried to get cute and pull a fast one. Instead of getting his manager and making a fuss we just paid and left. Best of wishes to Isabella’s!

We were excited to try Isabella’s however it did not live up to our expectations. The main dining room decor felt clinical with cold empty white walls and bright white lights, no feeling of Italian atmosphere. The waiter’s attire wearing a white dental coat amplified this clinical feeling as if I were going to get my teeth cleaned. The bar area had a warmer feeling and more intimate setting. The place wasn’t busy however we had a very long wait for our entrees (they did comp us with a second appetizer for the long wait). The food was subpar as I’ve had better at Olive Garden for a fraction of the price. My Shrimp Carbonara wasn’t visibly appealing and dry counting only 4 shrimp with very little bacon. I tried my wife’s Chicken Parm and chicken was way over cooked, hard/chewy. They had no kids menus so not “family friendly”. Sadly, the only highlight of the night was the Mozzarella sticks with olives & marinara sauce. My martini had old olives that were mushy. A definite let down for spending $198 & having same owners as Mermaids (which was disappointing at the new Roger’s location). My wife and I really enjoyed the Fayetteville Mermaids but not sure what happened when they moved locations.
