I ordered a sandwich here and the order had mistakes. When I returned to politely ask if they could correct it, the employee refused to make it right.

I then asked to speak with the manager, and he told me I could not speak with them. He eventually called the manager, but spoke to them in another language and would not allow me to talk to them directly. The whole interaction felt rude and dismissive, and I was basically ignored while trying to resolve a simple mistake.

Because of how poorly this was handled, I will not be returning to this location. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, I don’t think i’ll be getting subway from anywhere for some time.

Ordered 2 12” subs and upon arriving home I realized that I was given 1 6” and 1 12” sub. I drove back to the store to have them correct the order and they made the 6” into the wrong sub insisting that it was correct, but it was not. Then our 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies did not contain a single chocolate chip cookie. The employee said they didn’t have any and so they just filled out with what they had, not what I ordered. They said they could not refund us, won’t be using this Subway anymore.

The store closed at least 40 mins earlier than its stated time on Google. Went there around 9:15pm and it closed. Annoying!! Please correct your open hours on Google.

I did an online order for store pickup to realize that the sandwich had hardly any stuff within it. Even the delivery bags were not Subway printed. It’s a scam to order from this store – Please don’t visit.

My husband had a terrible experience here. Goes to order and the only employee there gets extremely frustrated with my husband as he tries to order one sandwich.

Employee eventually says he only speaks Hindi. So husband pulls out his phone and writes the order in google translate. Employee continues to get very upset with him and then pulls out his own phone with his own translator. My husband speaks the order into that and the sandwich gets made.

As husband is paying, the employee mumbles under his breath and his own phone which my husband is still holding picks it up and translates it to “this tattooed freak”…

We will be going out of our way to go to other subways from now on. Ridiculous, unprofessional and unbelievable behavior. My husband tried to be helpful and work with the Hindi only speaking man and that man responds with a complete lack of polite and respectful behavior.

We tried ordering food from the app and the website both having errors with either showing that the food was going to be 1,000 dollars or in the case of the website were the address was defaulting to the store address. Doordash was un willing to try to correct the address to send it to us. On top of that the subway store wasnt able to do a refund because “they didn’t know how to”.

Subway will not customize your food order if you place it online. That was last order at any Subway. I’ve experienced this issue way too many times.
