I had a great experience at this Subway! The staff were friendly and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it — fresh bread, crisp veggies, and everything tasted great. The place was clean and well-organized, and the service was quick even during a busy time. I really liked how easy it was to customize my sub and grab a quick meal while shopping nearby. Definitely one of the better Subway locations around La Habra — consistent quality and great service every time!

I’m very happy to see this store haves a new owner !! The service was never good here before. I would come here after shopping at Walmart. but now they are nice fast and friendly.

Terrible experience – avoid this location.
I’ve loved Subway since high school because you can customize your sandwich. But at this restaurant, that’s not the case. As many reviews mentioned, the manager “Mara” is extremely stingy with ingredients. I asked for extra jalapeños on my tuna sandwich, and she said the limit is 4, max 8—counting each piece.
I’ve never heard anything like that at any other Subway. When I politely expressed my concern, she was rude and kept repeating the same excuse. Eventually, she canceled my order after fully making the sandwich—what a waste.
I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I’ll be reporting this to Subway headquarters and sharing this experience on Yelp and Google. Avoid this place if you care about service and getting what you order.
