I have been wanting to come to parlor donuts since they had their grand opening and I missed that. So Valentine’s Day, I thought would be a perfect day to go and have donuts and a cup of coffee and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. I had a different experience than most people evidently. They seem like they were understaffed. I believe I saw three people. We ordered the donuts we got our donuts I had ordered coffee did not get the coffee. Had to go back up and asked for the coffee. My husband finished his donut while I was waiting for my coffee got my coffee. It was way too hot to drink. There were no knives out. I asked for a knife, but they never managed to get me one. As I noticed most people got their donuts to go, which is what I would do if I ever went back. They have tables and they have a nice seating area, but if you can’t get your coffee at the same time as your donuts and it was way too hot to drink. I’ve never had coffee that hot. Anyway the donuts yes are very good. They are expensive and they are pretty good size. Next time I think I would try the minis and so I could try a couple different flavors.i believe you will be happy if you just get the doughnuts to go. My expectations did not match the reality.

First time trying it today, and must say the have some great doughnuts! They have a variety that makes you want to try them all! Hah! Almost $4/doughnut, but with how big and fluffy the doughnuts are I’m sure it’s reasonable price. Atmosphere is relaxing, and service was excellent.

They have great donuts that are reasonably priced for what you get. This particular location is new, so it is super clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. They were very understanding despite me having no clue about things since I hadn’t ever been to a location before.
Gluten free donuts are good, but it’s pretty obvious that they are gluten free, if you catch my meaning.

The atmosphere is so welcoming, and our server Riley was so sweet and charming, she really sold the whole experience! The Strawberry Acai Refresher was so tasty and beautiful, my photo does not do it justice. When I tell you the spinach pesto was delicious, you best believe it HIT. THE. SPOT. Everything here tasted so good, and the service was top tier (shout out to Riley, she was awesome!!!). Highly recommend, this place is worth the hype!!!

Placed online order and waited in drive-thru for over 20 minutes and being the only car there and when I did receive my order all she handed me was my drink and said have a nice day never give me my Donuts so then she said oh I’m sorry what were your Donuts so then again after I’ve already ordered online I have to order them again and then spend another 7 minutes while they get me my Donuts. And the drink they give me a blended caramel macchiato tasted like nothing but watered down coffee absolute horrible experience will never go back do not recommend this place. Donuts were messy and way overpriced. And it was a horrible mess I took pictures at the drive-thru window but I don’t know how to post them on here absolute mess inside there it was gross watching the guy open the window with the same gloves he was making donuts with very gross

This is such a cute spot to try! I got the Sandy Beach & Maple Bacon donuts. I also enjoyed the Caramel Macchiato coffee! The staff were really sweet & the decor inside is really nice. They have a lot of food & drink options to try out.

Absolutely love these guys. We go every Saturday, and it’s honestly become our “donut disturb” time. Their sausage biscuits hit that perfect sweet-and-savory balance (sounds weird, tastes amazing). But the donuts? Literally A-GLAZE-ING!! Every flavor feels like a sweet plot twist. I’ve yet to meet one I didn’t love, and I’ve glazed through quite a few.

Not going back. Three strikes, you’re out. I usually love parlor but every time ive gone to this one I’ve been let down. I experience old donuts with fresh glaze that was a mess to eat. This time I ordered half a dozen donuts and they didnt have half of what was advertised on the menu.
