LOVE this location!!! They have a super upbeat team from the employees to the Manager! They remember my order even from the previous location most of them worked at. The malts here are to die for, and I always look forward to being in Burleson so I can stop by!! So grateful this location opened with this rockstar team.

So excited to have Andy’s in the neighborhood! Went for the first time tonight. We go to Andy’s at least once a week. Due to tonight’s experience, I probably won’t go back! (To the Burleson location)
I am so BEYOND words livid! The manager on shift was RUDE!
I ordered a kids sundae with hot fudge and brownie. When I got the cup there was hardly any ice cream in it. It was like a brownie with a spoonful of ice cream.
I asked the girl at the window for a little more ice cream. When she saw the cup she too laughed and said there was no ice cream in it. When she turned to the shift lead/manager he said he would charge us. The girl even told him “you barely put any ice cream in it.” And he still said no.
At this point I was over it. We were laughing and trying to make light of the situation and his poor management skills and lack of customer service just pissed us all the way off.
Needless to say: you have a rude awakening if that is how you are going to treat your customers. As we drove off he was even going on and on talking about why he was going to charge us for more ice cream.
Last time I checked: it was a kids sundae… not a brownie with a spoonful of custard

Great place to go!!! Everyone is so welcoming. Zach in the front drive though helped me to decide what to pick because every thing looked amazing. I highly recommend visiting and giving Andy’s frozen custard a try. You will not regret it.

Please put more ice cream in your root beer floats. Is it like a sin or something up there to put the correct amount of ice cream in their root beer floats. It’s not worth what they charge for one. When every time it’s all root beer and barely any ice cream. What’s the point of paying that much for a cup of just root beer. I even paid for extra ice cream and it was the exact same amount. Whoever is makes the root beer floats up there do better! You’re ripping people off…

Decadent. Delicious. Divine. Just a few of the adjectives our kids threw out when describing the tasty treats from Andy’s. Great selection to choose from and the whole experience is changing the dessert game. The old school drive-in feel has finally returned to Burleson, Texas. Enjoy!
