Do you ever have donuts or munchkins? Not an isolated incident. Seriously suggest management reviews their inventory better to not run out in the early portion of the day. Customer service sucks.

This place should be shut down. Came here twice once to pick up my mobile order inside and once via drive through.
Order one was not ready and the level or service was pathetic as if owner does not care to give proper training to representatives. And the latter felt like it had 10 pumps of caramel.
Second mobile order I picked up from drive through. I was the only car still representative insisted that i should move on the side and she will bring my order. I declined as I was running late for a dr appointment instead she came back with a room temperature cappuccino. Basically her attitude was more like I don’t care about your food. I don’t care about how it tastes like.
The management must not be paying attention!

All the DD franchises are horrible lately. The line for take out is RIDICULOUS. I waited 30 minutes trapped in line of four cars for two coffees. Left 30 minutes early to work anticipating this daily problem. If there was one closer I would go. Awful.

This place is under new management and they have ruined the place. For 20yrs is was a decent Dunkin, no issues. Now it’s run by a tyrant who has made sure you get LESS for your money. Less bacon. Less cheese. Smaller donuts. Donuts removed from menu. Worst of all they are skimping on the sweeteners. Infact, they no longer leave sweeteners or napkins out to help yourself.
Just another example of a clueless business owner who is pennywise and pound foolish. I spent $40/week there for 3 straight years. Now I spend $8/week.

This is the dunkin on the new commute to work. Tried two times and can’t even order. There’s only one person working ever. Waited 12 minutes to even be greeted and was stuck in the drive thru because you can’t go around. Ultimately waited 20 minutes for a coffee made wrong

This DD was my favorite to go to for a while but the new staff is falling under the pressure of a fast-paced DD. They either mess up your order and refuse to give you a refund/fix it, or you are waiting for 20 minutes anyway because they haven’t been properly trained how to make a regular ice coffee. If they do fix your order, you’re just going to wait another 15 minutes and get served with attitude. Management, train your team better and don’t throw them into busy work shifts if they can’t handle it.

I ordered a half dozen donuts and was waited on by a very kind, knowledgeable young gentleman by the name of Wilfredo. Great employee attitude and worker!!!! Only disappointment I had was the donuts themselves; hardly any filling at all. Donuts where fresh but nothing inside, one little biteful of filling, more donut than filling.

Occasionally ordered food/drinks from this location. On Today’s visit, I ordered an espresso shot, (specifically 1 shot) as a to-go beverage on it’s own. Having had espresso shots at various Dunkin’ locations, I didn’t think much of this shot except for the fact that I had received 2 shots at once. While some may appreciate generosity on the location’s part in extra caffeine, my body does not respond well to caffeine of this quantity, as I used to overdose on 400mg+ caffeine doses. As a caffeine moderate drinker, two espresso shots at once caused me to become sick to my stomach, and even vomit post-drink. I am disappointed in my purchase, and I advise everyone to inspect their goods/drinks and make sure the staff pay close attention to what you want.

I always try to order in advance and when I show up to the drive thru I must say that the employees are the most friendliest and cheerful I’ve seen at any Dunkin. I always give cresit when it’s due. Keep up the good work!
