Didn’t expect decent ramen at the mall food court. Nice al dente noodles, well balanced soup broth, good assortment of veggies ( mushroom, bean spouts ) and surprisingly got an inflationary half egg.
Prices are on par with ramen nowadays , $15-17 . Great addition to the Menlo Park food court. Hopefully they keep it up !!
