The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. There often isn’t anyone at the register for several minutes. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, just waiting, after the person at the register walked into the back without acknowledging me after taking multiple other orders. I was the last in line after those people. So I waited at least 10 minutes before even being able to place my order. This visit my order was nearly missed. I heard someone in the back, when asked about my already paid for order, that “We don’t have it”. I waited over 15 minutes for my Long John Silvers order today. I understand that they cook them to order, but it’s usually about 7 minutes. All in all it took over 25 minutes from when I walked in until I got my food. There was no apology or offer to make up for the extended wait.

I drove 40 minutes just to get to this place and service was nasty I ordered two long john silver combos they told me we make fresh to order pulled me up for over 10 minutes all for my food to be pure grease nasty and over cooked wasted my time and money I’m so upset

We went and ordered the fish and chicken meal with 2 sides and hush puppies. Got home and NO fish, no coleslaw, no hush puppies and maybe 6 fries in total. If that wasn’t enough… everything was overcooked! Took 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Guess it took so long because they needed to over cook it and not give us all our food! Overall.. disgusting! 13 bucks for garbage.

a few friends and I came into this specific KFC, we waited for 8 mins just for service. From what I’ve seen there’s 3 people I’ve seen employed here and working at 1 in the afternoon on a Saturday I will say the food is not that bad but the service is another thing the employee that took our order sounded rude, and feed up with dealing with people and the manager I presume wasn’t doing anything, all around this fast food place I do not like this place be aware of wait time and service coming here

We went through the drive through. They were busy, quite a few cars lined up. Looked like they were training someone but not sure. I ordered the 12 piece dinner. Waited my turn with no issues, knew it would take time. They didn’t give us any gravy for the potatoes, coleslaw was dry and the biscuits were cold. Didn’t know any of this until we got home. Tried to call but no answer. Very disappointed!

Food was really great I hadn’t had long john silvers in a long time and I missed it so much. They make the food to order so it’s fresh but I was happy to wait a few minutes for fresh food and it was well worth it. Definitely will be returning

When we walked into the restaurant, no one was around. We waited for 10 minutes at the counter. There was someone in the very back mopping and I tried to get their attention but they couldnt hear me at all. We realized there were about 5 young workers All gathered in the office and even my calling the one lone worker in the back, none of the others responded. When they came out, one person seemed interested in actually working only. She took our order then disappeared. She said it was made fresh so it would be about 7 to 8 minutes. 15 mibutes later our order comes to us and she sets the carry out bag down and there are no sides. I asked her where they were and she said in the boxes. And then she said no. Wait, they arent. I didnt put them in there. So she went to the back to get the sides. I didnt open the boxes of long johns to see the overcooked food until we were on the expressway going home and it was too far to turn around to go back. All of the food was way overcooked. It was dark brown in color and the fish itself was crunchy.The portions for the chicken looked like chicken strips rather than filets. The chicken was chewy and overcooked too. The hushpuppies were cold.
