Ordered here and they made my venti latte completely wrong. Went back in for a remake and there was so much foam it could’ve been a tall, the drink was warm as if it was sitting there … when I went to pick up the drink from the remake, I can tell the baristas made snarky comments prior to me approaching since it did not have a name & they were commenting on who’s drink it was as it was a remake and they were both laughing. Completely unprofessional. I wished them a great day with a smile, and they stood quiet. Some people shouldn’t work in the food industry if you’re going to get bitter and ugly over a remake …

Friend ordered a Caramel cream cold brew from Doordash. Drink is suppose to include cold foam. Went to location to see if I could get cold foam for them, but I was turned down due to “well the doordash driver accepted it was good when they picked it up”. You can clearly see no cold foam on drink. I didn’t know cold foam was such an issue to correct a guest that an order they made incorrectly. Thank you

I was always disappointed when I went to this Starbucks so I stopped going. Never again. The drinks are always made with no effort and are always watery and the employees all seem irritated. Every time I ordered a drink it wouldn’t taste the way it should. I only go to the Hwy 18 location now because the employees are much friendlier and they actually make the drinks taste good.

Today, it was perfect . Mudic was not so loud, so I could have various online meetings. They also had a free tasting, and the macchiato was superb!!! just the right sweetness on the foam and a gentle taste all together. Plus, I got a chocolate treat!!!! 6 stars to service

I was rudely interrupted while ordering at speaker. I geuss i was going too fast for JORDAN. Than I wasn’t greeted at window at all. JORDAN just shoved the drinks in my face without saying one word to us. Ive never experienced such disrespect and foul behavior at a drive through before. I think management or corporate should retrain JORDAN on customer service and basic communication skills. We won’t be returning to this location thanks to JORDAN.

Updating Review This was our go to spot they have alot of selections and always good . The Grilled cheese n the iced white chocolate mocha was my fave but we dont get these any more cause were on keto now buuuut we get a plain iced coffee n bring our own creamer n its thee best ☕️ they are usually busy but what coffee place isn’t they also have the app if u want to order ahead and drive up to get your order or walk in to grab it. We deff recommend it. Thank you yall for always making our experience great Appreciate yall and God Bless Xoxo
