My sexy boyfriend had the Combination Pho and said it was fantastic! He’s a picky Pho eater and knows his way around a bowl of Pho. I had the vegetable fried rice. It was delicious! I can tell you with complete certainty that the veggies were fresh and not frozen. We will be back!!❤️❤️

Great service. As soon as I walked in I was greated and offered tea. The hostess was attentive and made menu suggestions. I ended up having the seafood yakisoba. Good flavor even without the spice. Had shrimp, calamari, crab, mussles, and clams. A great plate of food.

So, in my opinion, if you have Pho in the name of your place, you should crush that dish. They did not, at all. I also think that if Pho is in your name, it should at least be authentic. It was not.

I have been here twice. I almost always give a second chance. We got the pho and a pork banh mi. 2 vietnamese dishes. Pho is made from a simmered stock that takes hours to make, we’re talking 12 hours. It should have a rich, meaty flavor. This pho looked and tasted like a Swanson’s beef broth straight from the carton. No substance at all. They also put veggies in the broth that are not authentic to true pho, such as mushrooms and zucchini. Now, I am allergic to mushrooms, but knowing that true pho does NOT have mushrooms, I didn’t think twice about ordering it. The wifey had to eat it instead. She did not enjoy either.

The banh mi was ok, however again, not authentic. Stuffed with veggies not authentic to a true banh mi. Disappointed to say the least.

We also got one of the rice dishes on a separate occasion. I’m starting to think that there is a small “pho and stuff” cooking school around here that all these places learned to cook from, because they all look and taste exactly the same, regardless of what you order. Watery, bland veggies and meat, with rice on the side. No distinct saucey flavor, whether you order spicy, garlicy, whatever. All the same, and none of it satisfying.

To be fair, the staff is always nice. They require a mask upon entry, which I appreciate, and they check your temperature, which I can respect. I just won’t be coming back, because the food is nowhere near satisfying.

Spicy noodle soup is the way to go. Regular was beefy but did not have a lot of depth. Service was friendly and we appreciated the greeting when we walked in the door. For some reason one of our party never got their water refilled. Noodles were a bit soft but could have been due waiting for all of our orders to come out. Will try again.

Very nice, courteous employees. My son and I stopped in the other day for bubble tea. Being it was our first visit I inquired if they had our favorite flavors (which they did) and many more as well. The atmosphere here is very clean and well-organized as well as comfy and contemporary.

I come here often for the pho and it’s always good. Other people I’ve come with have had the sandwiches and they were delivered with good presentation and people enjoyed them (though I always get the pho). The staff is friendly and service has always been good and food delivered with a smile. The meat (I always get the raw sliced beef) is good and the broth has good flavor; things I often find missing at other pho restaurants.

This is some of THE BEST pho have ever had.. better than the higher priced one down the block!! The service was spot on! Cafe style seating Attentive to the details.. even asked a couple times to be sure we didn’t lose anything in language. And fast.. scary fast! Like no more than 5 minutes and pho was on the table.
Large brisket pho and medium steak pho with 2 bubble drinks?
35 bucks.. it’s several hours later and I’m still full..

Vegan pho.

This place now has new owners and never disappoints. Its delicious. Thankful for them in Gig Harbor.
Only compliant would be that they sort of stare you down if you come late in the eve before closing haha. I guess I’d want to go home too though after a hard day of serving food.

Definitely give them a try… Before closing time

Would have been nice to know the sea food and rice noodle plate has mussels, clams and calamari in it. I enjoy shrimp and crab and such, but not shellfish, and the menu did not explain that at all. I know, I could have asked. Everything tasted great though!
