At Dumplin’, we celebrate the universal love for dumplings—those little pillows of dough, each with a unique twist and endless possibility. Inspired by Frank Bonanno’s playful culinary style, Dumplin’ offers a global take on beloved dumplings like ravioli, bao, kreplach, and more. Ask for: Steamed, pan seared, or simply boiled? Rocks, up or neat? Chopsticks, fork, or fingers? Share or selfishly relish? Expect: A 1968 billboard on Dumplin’s wall asks you to consider the “un”. We honor that with caccio e pepe ramen, whipped tofu hummus, oreo mochi, extinct whiskeys, and jelly beer in the spring. Expect the un. Dumplin’ is walk-in only—so a little wait may be part of your experience!

Went to Dumplin’ for happy hour with my friends and it was so good!
We started with the Cucumber Salad and Shishitos. Very tasty and the perfect apps. Then we loaded up on the $1 dumplings (10 per person) I got 4 mascarpone & mushroom, 3 Ginger Chicken, and 3 Pork & Leek and they were delicious. Especially dipping the mushroom in the balsamic and the other two in their Asian style barbecue.
Then we decided we couldn’t leave without eating a boa bun so we ordered the pork belly & horseradish aioli (comes with 3).
We were pleasantly full!
Service was prompt and friendly!
The atmosphere was super chill.
Highly recommend trying this place!
We will be back again!

Super cool spot with amazing food and fantastic service! We had Ethan serving us and he gave us great recommendations, plus was incredinly attentive. We tried the dumplings on happy hour and they were phenomenal – highly recommend the pork, chicken and mushroom. We were also blown away by the Lobster Ramen, super unique and delicious! Highly recommend this spot.

Everything was so good, we got the Fritto and the dumplin style meat and cheese plate with focaccia. Followed by an assortment of dumplings and chicken and meat skewers. My friends and I came down to north side and happened to pass by this intriguing place….we noticed they weren’t going to be open for a couple hours so we circled back and let me tell you.. WOW it did not disappoint. The dollar dumplings are such a good deal and yummy at that! Luca and Ethan really made our visit special with the complimentary sake and their warm energy. Definitely a 10/10.

Delicious dumplings, baos, and ramen! Seems like you can’t go wrong with any choice on the menu so will be back to try even more. The matcha tiramisu didn’t really have much of a matcha flavor, but it was still delicious.

Yummy! What an interesting fusion—Asian and Italian…but it works! I HIGHLY recommend the Cacio e Pepe Ramen—simply, WOW. You can tell the ramen noodles are homemade, they’re spectacular. The Yakisoba (strong mushroom flavor-yum!) and Wagyu dumplings were fantastic too, but my fave was by far the Cacio e Pepe.
The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond.
A little pricy and portions are on the smaller side, but the food is rich, unique, and bursting with flavor. Atmosphere is cozy, with a strong artsy vibe.
I didn’t get the veggie options for all the food as I was sharing the food with my parents. But they have plenty of vegetarian options! (Unsure about vegan)
Street parking. Not super plentiful (Wednesday evening) but a handful of spaces when we arrived.
It is a smaller restaurant, so I would call ahead for groups of 5 and above.

I brought a vegetarian friend here to try the meatless options, and the menu did not disappoint! We had plenty to choose from, and several items can also easily be made vegetarian. The Japanese/Italian fusion concept is really fun, and the GM Jeff has amazing energy and recommendations. In particular, try the the whipped tofu, cucumber salad, $1 mushroom/mascarpone pan-friend dumplings, flaming s’mores dessert, and house-made sake. The yakisoba (sans bacon) is also a standout, but I was so full at that point that I’ll need to go back to fully enjoy it. It’s a small place, so make a reservation and enjoy!

What a fantastic neighborhood spot in the Highlands! We enjoyed the delicious food – definitely try the bao buns, kabobs and of course the delicious dumplings! The Hamachi Crudo appetizer in the Tigre de Leche was delectable and probably one of my favorite things we tried. Loved the atmosphere and our server Ethan and the manager Jeff were so knowledgeable about the menu and made our experience so memorable. We even had our 1 year old with us (he loved the chicken kabob and the focaccia bread!) and he couldn’t stop dancing to the amazing music they were playing! We loved the atmosphere. Can’t wait to return! 10/10

Incredible dinner for our anniversary! Ethan was so friendly and his recommendations for food were spot on. Waygu and truffle dumplings as well as the dumpling of the day (burrata and kale) were unreal. Bao bun trio flavor profiles were wildly unique and fun.
Finished it off with the s’mores dessert which was what we had for dessert on our wedding so that was most fitting! Definitely will be back.
