The Mansion Restaurant is an intimate historic dining room offering upscale dishes with a true southern influence. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Located in the Berry Hill Mansion, c 1840, you are welcomed into history with true southern hospitality. The Library Bar is open Thursday through Saturday, beginning at 5 p.m. and specializes in hand-crafted cocktails and mixology classes.

We had reservations for the Valentines Day dinner while staying at The Berry Hill Resort. Very disappointing. Slow service. Medium steaks were actually rare. Promised steak knives. Never happened. Promised butter to go with the rolls. Never happened. No refills on champagne or water. Finally received some water when our meal was done. After the meal, taxes and an already assessed tip the cost well over $200.00. If we are here next year we will go elsewhere.

Everything was awesome!!! The bacon wrapped scallops were huge and delicious and the bacon had very little fat. The beef and veggie skewers were the best I ever had with tender and tasty beef. The sauce was so outstanding, for the first time in my life I found myself dipping grilled onions in it and eating them by themselves!!! The Berry and goat cheese salad was also the best I have ever had!!! The homemade fresh strawberry dressing was as good as a dessert!!! Everything was the best that I ever had and I’m 62 years old!!! It was pricey. Without the tip, for my girlfriend and I to each have an appetizer, salad, and a beer the bill came to $84. Worth it in my expert 62 y/o opinion. My girlfriend (much younger than I) said ditto!

This is an awesome place to come and enjoy dinner. The library bar and mansion restaurant are in the main mansion. You just walk right in the front door. The food and service was excellent. Definitely worth the drive.
