You place your order on a computer screen and what seemed like just a minute later they are calling your name. The chicken is AWESOME! The fries are ok, but nothing to write home about. The garlic bread was a nice touch. I can’t wait for the one in our town to open up.

P.S. The friendliness of the staff is top notch. The manager welcomed us in when we arrived and checked on our experience while we were eating. A lady thanked us for dining there and welcomed us back. Old fashioned customer service with a modern twist (placing order at a kiosk).

Not happy that I was not given an immediate refund as I was placing a DoorDash order for a customer and I accidentally used my Crimson card. I asked the manager to give me a refund and she said oh I’ll take care of it later this evening. I said don’t you need the card. At raising Cane‘s in Oklahoma City if I do this they’ll need the card and they’ll do it immediately. She did not do that. I’m gonna go ahead and file a dispute on with my credit card company because I know in the next three days I’ll still see that charge on there. The lady taking my order was quick to re-ring the customers again to pay with the DoorDash card. I said where’s my refund and she said oh I got you. I’ll take care of it by today. It sounds like a lie to me. I’ll be talking to a manager in the morning

There was so much hype built up around Ann Arbor getting a Cane’s, decided to give it a shot as I’ve never had it before. Food is mid. Atmosphere is horrible, in store music WAAAAY too loud. Crowded as hell too, thank god I ordered ahead of time, but even still I had to wade through a sea of people to get my food. I get back home and I see they decided to give me three of the smallest chicken strips to ever exist, which really took the wind out of my sails. I can excuse the rest of the stuff but paying $12 for this amount of food is outrageous. Needless to say it wasn’t worth trying.

It was my first time trying raising Cane’s and it was great! The chicken, cooked to perfection! The toast, perfectly crispy! The fries, so salty! The sauce was amazing! I even liked the coleslaw, and I’m not a coleslaw fan. Overall a great meal and definitely will eat there again!

My roommate grabbed Cane’s after a long day at work and shared her meal with me. Imagine our surprise when we see a fake eyelash in our box. How disgusting. I am disappointed in the hygiene standards that are being held. This is unacceptable and frankly we don’t even want to finish our meal. Will be sharing our experience with our peers. With only being open about a week we expected so much more.

What can I say, its the best (pardon my language) damn chicken I’ve ever had. I love the people, I love the atmosphere, I love the service. I sound like an ad, great people, great chicken, Go to canes for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner, you wont be able to keep yourself from smiling and having a good time eatin chicken.

Raising Cane’s is one of those places that just gets it. The chicken is always hot, crispy, and juicy, the Texas toast is perfectly buttery, and the fries somehow hit every single time. But let’s be honest the Cane’s Sauce is the real MVP; it ties everything together and makes the whole meal addictive in the best way. It’s simple, consistent, and never tries too hard, which is exactly why it’s so good. You know exactly what you’re getting, and it never disappoints.

I have only placed mobile orders and they are always ready, fresh, and delicious.
It is loud inside the restaurant, but you get what you expect — good chicken tenders, good fries, good sauce. That’s what they offer. A reliable choice and fun for families with the big dog statue inside. Great service and fast!
