I am writing to report a poor customer service and food handling experience
My order from the drive-thru around 5:30 p.m. yesterday, Oct 30th, was incorrect. I only ordered two items, but the cashier (Eastern European) didn’t use the confirmation screen, so I wasn’t able to double-check it. I would give this place 0 star’s if I could. Every time I come here they make my order wrong. This is the joke of a latte i get after having them remake my first drink! there was nothing but whip cream, and LESS COFFEE the second time? You shouldn’t be allowed to own a franchise you are terrible

Twice now this Dunkin has failed to give me my complete order while going through the drive through and when you call to ask for a refund, they said either you can go back immediately or they won’t refund or give you a replacement the following time you visit. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street and a 1/4 mile before this one so try one of those instead of this horrible place with its horrible service.

Only giving 1 star because I have to give something. It’s really the worse Dunkin in my area but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. This morning I ordered on the go. When I pulled in I knew something was bad because the drive thru was wrapped all the way around the front of the building. There was a lobby full of customers waiting including 3 of us who ordered on the go and many others. There was only 3 workers and complete chaos. I can’t say everything because it was just too much but this location is ALWAYS a problem. I just wish they could get it together

This location recently opened, I’d like to say maybe less than a year? The layout and exterior design is super cute with a modern, refreshing vibe.
They make the best iced caramel latte, they make my coffee to perfection ! Staff is extremely friendly and patient, they’re very quick too. There’s never been a ridiculous line in the drive thru. You have to check them out !!

Very understanding and generous staff members. I forgot my wallet at home and couldn’t figure out my Google pay until I drove around into the parking lot. I went back to the drive thru after I figured it out and a new young lady was there. While I paid she has a smile on her face and proceeded to gift my son with some Munchkins. Hooe she doesn’t get in trouble for that! Just know that this somple gesture made my son and myself happy after a though week and an oppressive heat. Thank you!

This site seems to usually mess up our orders. This past time I had 2 people tell me what I had ordered for drive through pickup via the dunkin app wasn’t ordered even after showing them my receipt until the manager finally stepped in and straightened it out. Seems to be some more training is needed to make sure the full orders are fulfilled.

This is a new location. I guess they’re still getting their bearings. I order on the app and my order has not been ready the 4 times I have gone. They also have limited options for donuts. I’ll visit again in a few weeks to see if it’s better.
