Tried out Blue Iguanas and had a great experience overall. I ordered the birria tacos and they were seriously good. The meat was tender, packed with flavor, and exactly what you want when you are craving something authentic and done right. Definitely something I would order again.
They did seem a little short staffed, but our waiter handled it really well. Even with a full section, he stayed attentive, kept drinks filled, and made sure everyone was taken care of. You could tell the team was working hard.
For a newer restaurant, they are off to a strong start. Great food, solid service, and I am looking forward to going back to try more from the menu. I loved the different salsa options.

Unfortunately the next day after trying this place out I got food poisoning.
Chips, salsa, and queso were all great.
The service was great.
However, I ordered the beef and chicken fajitas. Both did not taste good. The guacamole was old. My plate had to be re made twice.
I let the server know the issues, but wasn’t met by management.
If you go try it out, just be careful of the food
