Everything tasted incredibly fresh @ Maria’s, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I ordered the Al Pastor tacos and my husband got the Carne Asada Quesadilla. They were all perfectly seasoned! The rice, salsa and guac were top-notch! The potatoes and onions were a nice surprise!

A must stop spot for the most authentic Mexican food in Hurricane Utah town. This small food truck has delicious home made tamales, yes! tamales and they have super good quesabirrias, too! All their food is made fresh. They have friendliest customer service.
