My wife and I eat subway everywhere we go. This was absolutely the worst nasty location ive ever experienced. No ac so couldn’t dine in. No wraps. No bottled drinks in the fridge. The bread was half the size it supposed to be. I got four slices of turkey on a footing. My wife did too. It pretty much was a dinner roll with lettuce and mayo.

Looking at 3.8 star, I was a bit skeptical but ended up ordering here through uber eats. I order veggie patty sub and there was no patty in it. I called in advance to try to check if they have a patty or not, as I understand it is not the most sold item on their list. No one picked up. Not a single time when I called thrice. When I was at the store there was not a single customer when I picked up. Not sure what are they busy with?? I saw the server on a call through their headphones. Was in a rush if not I would’ve checked it at the restaurant itself. This is just sloppy work from the server!!!

It was a little after 6pm and I needed something quick and not messy so I could eat while driving. I walked in and didn’t see anyone. I walked a little further and saw the worker in the back on her phone. I said hello, no response. We walked to the beginning of the sandwich line and she just stood there looking at me. I was trying to decide what I wanted so I guess I took to long so, she walked away and went back to her phone. She came back and still said nothing. I told her I wanted Italian herb and cheese. She pulled it out and it was overcooked. I asked if she had meatballs, she said only 2. So I changed my sandwich choice. I got the chicken. She asked what type of cheese. I asked if she had shredded cheddar, she said no so I got mozzarella. She put the sandwich in the toaster. I told her I wanted jalapenos and honey mustard and she quickly closed my sandwich and rolled it up. I asked the price of the sandwich and chips vs the meal and she rung it up again for me. The chip wasn’t working. I paid and hurried and left.
Rude worker, overcooked bread, not enough meatballs, no shredded cheddar. What else do you look forward to at subway? Won’t be back to this location.

Worst experience at this location. I came here yesterday and the lady tried to over charge me for my sandwiches. I had a coupon and she told me it was gonna be $3 extra for each sandwich if I was to get bacon on it. I asked her was this something new she didn’t say anything so I proceeded to say “I always use my coupons and get the #10” she still didn’t say anything. The worker was very rude and I didn’t catch her name to report her. And she also told my boyfriend he would charged extra for bacon on his sandwich and she didn’t put the bacon on his.

This review is for this location specifically, not for Subway (who would review Subway…). Subway is fairly disgusting fast food, but with the right coupon, it can be reasonably priced, quick sustanaince (NEVER pay full price for Subway).
It is amazing that the different families that own Subways can make such a difference. This family is awful. They actually make Subway taste worse than usual. Also, of the 20+ times I have visited this location, I’d say they got my order wrong 80% of the time. I order through the app to use their coupons, so I don’t realize until I am back at the office.
The other day I ordered a Bella Mozzarella and they told me they instead made it with their disgusting American cheese…. I said Lady, it is literally called the Bella Mozzarella. That is the entire sandwich.
The steak and cheese has always been a Subway favorite. Even though it is nothing like a real Philly steak and cheese, there is something oddly good about the Subway version. The one today was revolting. The meat was over microwaved and stringy. And… they forgot the tomatoes.
A few weeks ago there was a long black hair in my ham and cheese…
It is a shame that this location is conveniently located. I will have to travel a few feet down the block to patronize the next Subway.

The lady who fix my sandwich was asked to put a mask on while fixing my sandwich. She said ok I’ll put it on I was doing paperwork. She never stopped to put the mask on.
She continued talking over my sandwich, asking me what Additional toppings I wanted. Very disappointing.
