5 stars! The customer service, food and cleanliness was a 10/10. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the order was ready in less than 10 minutes. If you have dietary restrictions they’re accommodating and take your requests seriously. As someone with a gluten allergy, I left happy. When we were starting to clean up someone came over and thanked us and took everything away for us. We will be back. Thanks team.

The server who was working tonight was such an amazing person ,really appreciate his positive attitude and kindness towards me as I was craving for a good burger after coming from work today,being a first time pregnant woman.He really helped me pick the right order and I loved it.Thanks,forgot to ask his name. First time and it was good. Took a bit for my order and I was the only one in there. The order even sat for a minute until the counter guy could stop prepping napkins to pack my stuff…. and what was in my bag? No napkins. Sigh. Fries were ok…. could have cooked another minute. I might give them another try…
Next try today (3/7/22) Ok so another try at Smashburger and this time it was much better. My cheeseburger was good, the fish sandwich was fresh and the sweet potato fries were crunchy. I actually received ketchup and napkins this time….
The woman running the cashier, Steph, was very helpful and polite. She even came over and made sure everything was good.
So all in all a good trip. I need to try one of their doubles… soon.

Smash Burger is amazing! Terrific burgers on potato rolls. Rosemary seasoned fries . Fried brussel sprouts. Peanut butter shakes! Spacious, clean inside. Friendly, fast service. Lots of parking! This is a teriffic place to get your lunch or dinner with friends.

This place is no longer a gem and Smash burger in general has gone downhill big time. I stopped coming when they got rid of the haystack fries and healthier options. Big mistake. Decided to try it again since I was in the area. Took a while to get my order to no fault of the staff but when I did get my burgers and took a look there was one pickle per burger, 4 tomatoes stacked on top of one another, the one piece of lettuce looking sad hanging half way off of the burger. Truly McDonalds quality but for the price of $30. Try your luck at Wendy’s before coming here.

I ordered takeout, tater tots and burger. Tater tots were literally oozing oil from them. So much so that the box in which they came was filled 1/3 with oil, my burger box was drenched in oil, on taking bite of tater tots it felt like I was gulping oil with it I had to throw away my food. Very unappetizing. I am never going back again
