The manager, especially Mia, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I placed a $40 DoorDash order and received a completely different order. She acknowledged that the mistake was theirs and told me to call back when I wanted it replaced.
When I did, she refused to replace it, claiming too much time had passed—even though I had called numerous times over the previous weeks. During that conversation, she also admitted that the phone lines had been down and that they purposely take the phone off the hook so they don’t have to hear it ring. She then tried to justify the refusal by saying her former manager no longer works there, which has nothing to do with me as a customer.
To make matters worse, she put the phone down thinking she had hung up and began using profanity, accusing me of trying to get free food. This behavior is completely unacceptable. This location is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed, and something seriously needs to change.

Got a pick up, bacon and pepp. When I got home after a 4 minute drive the pizza was a wet sopping grease ball, ate one slice and the crust was soaked. That night it made me horribly sick. I’m not expecting a 5 star pizza from little ceasers but this location they need to practice higher cleanliness standards.

The Manger was absolutely amazing. He was in the store doing everything by himself and happy about it. He was very polite and informative to his customers, and we didn’t mind waiting a little extra time. The food was terrific. Best experience ever at a Little Caesars Pizza.

I showed up 10 minutes after my order was ready and one or more of the employees had plainly been eating from the crazy bread in my order while it was in the warmer. Half of the bread was missing and the bag was wide-open. That’s completely unsanitary and unprofessional.

Food is good for what you are getting. Although I got pretzel crust pizza which seemed to be just regular crust at this location with salt ringed around the rim. Which just wasn’t good. Employees could definitely be friendlier, they don’t even acknowledge your presence in the store until you say something. Also make sure to check you have your sauce cups and any extras you paid for. I had pre ordered, and went in to use the pick up thing. They hadn’t packed any of my sauce cups or crazy bread sauce. All in all its ok for cheap quick pizza.

My wife and I love the cheese bread on the half and half. Until recently it was 6.00 which made it a very good deal especially split between 2 people. Now it’s 8, a 30 percent increase so we may not get it as often as we did. The folks in the prospect and mattis store are outstanding.

We ordered our pizza, went to pick it up and paid for it, then she told my husband they didn’t have any pepperoni. And we had ordered a Pepperoni Pizza. The only good thing was that the transaction didn’t go through so our card wasn’t charged. But no pepperoni at a pizza place
