Food wise, 3/5 (tastes like most pho in the area). The service is what sets this place apart, so I gave it a 5/5 as the food is what I expected. The pho is decent and flavorful enough to eat without sriracha or hoisin sauce – nothing groundbreaking, but still solid nonetheless. They could’ve included a bit more meat for the item I ordered (P15). I might be biased as I am Vietnamese and have eaten a lot of pho in my lifetime. The waitress was incredibly efficient, it was quite impressive how she got to everyone so quickly. I gave a few extra points just for how quick the service was! Overall, if you’re looking for a quick service pho restaurant, I say this place is definitely worth a visit.

When a craving for pho, vermicelli, or spring rolls hits, my local answer is always Pho Mignon. It might not be a groundbreaking culinary destination, but what it lacks in flash, it makes up for in consistency and incredible service. The staff is always welcoming, and the food never disappoints. My absolute favorite is the #32 vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and egg rolls. It’s the perfect combination of fresh and savory ingredients and always satisfies my craving.

Ordered brisket pho, grilled pork with rice and pork bun with egg roll. The pho broth was salty but flavorful. The grilled pork was cooked really well and super tasty. The bun was fresh and had the same tasty pork. The egg roll was very good. The best dish was the winter roll. Wow, that’s really, really good. Prices are reasonable and portions good.

Flavorful broth. Awesome service. Best one I’ve found in this area. Broth is sweeter than savory. Vietnamese coffee is great. Spring rolls are super fresh. Peanut sauce ratio is excellent.

Visited Seattle for the first time and looked for a local Pho restaurant, and this place did not disappoint. The server was extremely efficient and brought our food out quickly. Our dinner consisted of Mignon Shaken beef and Pho Filet Mignon (Large), which were both very delicious. The shrimp spring rolls were okay as the rice paper was a little tougher than I would have liked so biting into it was somewhat challenging, but I would order it again. The peanut sauce paired with the rolls was definitely a good choice. The restaurant filled while we were eating so it looks like we made the right choice for food! 9/10 would come back.

I had this place marked because of its proximity to our Airbnb. Well, it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. We started with the fresh Spring Rolls, they came with
Shrimp, pork, rice noodles, lettuce, cilantro, and basil wrapped in rice paper and peanut sauce. This is probably the best one I have tried. It was delicious.
My daughter had her usual Steak Pho and she loved it.
My wife had the Chicken Terryiaki, and she said she loved it.
I asked for a recommendation, and our server recommended the Special Hanoi Style Vermicelli. It comes with grilled pork patties and grilled pork in fish sauce served with vermicelli noodles, and vegetables. It was delicious, great recommendation. Would definitely visit again next time in Washington.

We got the hanoi Vietnamese noodles with grilled pork and the chicken pho.
The quantity was good , the broth was flavorful and the pork was grilled very well.
We also got the special matcha tea latte which was solid and fresh.
The service was decent. Just one lady serving all tables so she looked rushed and a little tired.
Hope they get more staff to serve .
Overall a good experience and will highly recommend if you are craving for some Vietnamese food.

This is the best Pho place in the Redmond area. You have to try their beef rib Pho special. The good is very consistently good. Beware they are closed on Mondays
They also have Vietnamese sandwiches, vermicelli salads, and rice dishes. The BBQ pork on those dishes tends to be too sweet, but u guess that’s what food is like in America. We always go for the pho.
I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want food pho.

We came for lunch on Friday around 11 am, and we got seated after standing at the entrance for a while because none of the three waiter/waitress greeted us even though they could see us…
I ordered C1 deluxe crispy egg noodles with seafood $17 (+$2 for seafood) and my husband got the P1, pho filet mignon $15. The pho soup was on the lighter side, definitely not as flavorful as other places. My dish looks good, but the sauce wasn’t it. It was too greasy for me. I also found out about the extra $2 charge for seafood which was nowhere to be found on the menu. Most places make it super clear, but this place was sly about it. Not to mention the waitress also didn’t tell us about it. It came with 4 pieces of shrimps and 5 pieces of squid, and I really don’t think it’s worth. Not to mention the squid is completely tasteless. I’d recommend ordering something that’s not seafood or shrimp to avoid the surcharge.
Overall I didn’t enjoy the meal, and they didn’t even have bun bo hue here, which was also disappointing. Plus the portion of the bean sprouts they gave out for the pho was quite pathetic as well… I rarely come here, but I will make sure to visit elsewhere if I’m in the area again.

As a visitor, we are confused with abundant of Pho restaurants options in Seattle area.
We decided finally to go with Pho Mignon and we didn’t regret with our choice at all.
Service is great, the waitress who was helping us is really efficient .
Pho is perfect with nice clean broth.
