Cashier greeted us as soon as we walked in. The store was clean as well as the bathroom. Ordered the dbl bacon burger w fries and they both tasted really good. Burger was seasoned to perfection and not too small. The fries were fresh and the right amount of crisp to them. Overall wonderful experience! Will definitely be revisiting!

I was in Southaven shopping the other day, started craving a quick burger so I headed on over to Wimpy’s. They NEVER disappoint! First of all, the lobby was clean and all of the empty tables were wiped down. The young man at the register, (Cooper…I know because I asked he was so polite) took my order and was so professional and sweet…his parents would be proud! My burger was just as I had ordered. I took a seat, ate my dinner and was thanked as I left! I hope I get back up that way again soon!

Last night around 6:30 or 7; O’clock, I stopped by to buy a Burger. The first thing I noticed was the employee’s wore No Hair Nets, in the cooking area. I was waiting after paying for my food, and noticed the Grill Cook, walk off towards the back, and another employee was doing another job moving things in the kitchen, he walked over with the Same black gloves on he was wearing, and took the Buns off the grill, and moved them to the counter right in front of me and my sister, and continued to do other things in the kitchen wearing the SAME black gloves. I asked him why he was handling my food in the same gloves, and reminded him it Cross Contamination, and asked for him to put on clean gloves and some fresh Buns. He argued with me about it instead, and I asked for my money back, he said I have to call the owner, and proceeded to call her. She got on the phone and asked me what the problem was, I explained to her what her manager had done, and she told him simply to refund my money.
No apologies for his lack and neglect for customer appreciation, plus disrespect to a elderly Black man and woman. This place sucks big time. Needs a New manager and owner. They could have provoked a bad seen for police involved incident, If I were Not More intelligent and none violent. Please don’t eat there. Is my advice.

I ordered here before & they were extremely kind. However, this time, I placed a pick up order & it was ready when I got there. I ordered two drinks & the man proceeds to give me one cup & walked back to the grill. i said, “hey, I ordered two drinks so can I get another cup?” & I wasn’t expecting him to walk back over to give me the cup, I could’ve just grabbed it myself, it was no big deal! & I told him that, and he goes, “Now you get a small cup.” & walked back to the grill. I don’t know, I guess nothing is wrong, it was just weird. I was just letting him know I need another cup & if it was ok for me grab it, I didn’t want it to look like I was stealing. Like I said, just weird.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant. Nikya, Cam, and Dustin made this an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! From the time we walked in until the time we walked out, their kindness and attention was impeccable! The food and atmosphere was perfect!! We even ordered to go meals! Absolutely disgusting. I came in the other day hoping to get a regular burger and fries, however that is not what I got. Staff were extremely rude and instead of serving me they decided to just joke around with each other. I tried to calmly ask the blonde young man about my order, but he just passive aggressively dismissed me. Definitely not buying here again.

Look – these burgers will not make you smack your momma but thank her for her existence! Lord the smooth vibe and. Then the burger onion rings or sweet potato fries WHAT! The staff was nice and young brother and beautiful red head lady! They were very nice! This place has the BEST BURGERS IN MISSISSIPPI HANDS DOWN!

Wimpy’s has one of the best burgers in town. The fries are my favorite around. The food is always hot and fresh. The whole menu is good. The employees are very nice, professional, and care about the customersl’s satisfaction.

Love the vibrant atmosphere after Saturday morning baseball games. Our burgers were so good, fries were fried and my onion rings just how I asked for them, extra crispy. The folks serving us were great! Even when they forgot to make my son’s burger a double, they quickly made him another patty and he was a happy camper. Outdoor seating with shade trees. YES! Clean baths, Yes! Can’t complain. You want burgers of a higher than regular fast food quality, go to Wimpy Burgers! Oh, and my son loved his milkshake!
