12/2/25 I stopped by at 9:30 p.m., half an hour before closing, but the doors were already locked. The employee inside had looked directly at me when I parked in front of the restaurant but pretended not to notice me when I tried to open it. She just stared down at the cash register with her earbuds on. I’m disappointed because I came during business hours, and she made no effort to explain or acknowledge why they closed so early. My family in the car saw the employee look up and watch me walk away, showing she was clearly aware the entire time.

Although the sandwich was okay, the cleanliness is the reason for two stars.
I love tea with my meals and no tea was ever made today. Its after 2 pm so lunch rush is gone . its slow right now lol there is time to clean and tidy the area . Management is lacking at this subway!

I do not recommend coming to this place bread forms do not be washed properly there is roaches at this location Sauce bottle container is nasty and they let employee stay with all her belongings there And also grease traps and the back don’t be cleaned properly

The guy said he cannot serve the food, because he is in break and asked ne to come back 1 hour later. It was 1 :55pm. I believed he sees me as brown people and decided not to serve. Racist still exist and continue. They don’t have any fresh iteams at all.

I really wish I could give zero stars! I’ve ordered from this location twice and both times have been terrible. First time I placed an online order and customized 4 sandwiches like I wanted and ordered 2 cookies. When I pick up my food and get home all the sandwiches have the wrong dressing and I didn’t get the cookies I ordered. I called the number on the receipt several times and left messages and got no response. Then I placed an online order a week later, got home and not only were the sandwiches SOGGY they were completely incorrect, none of the veggies I ordered, etc. I go back up there and request them to remake my order and they’re out of chicken! (I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches) so I ask for a refund and get told by the clerk that I have to come back when her supervisor is in. I then ask “how am I supposed to know what hours your supervisor works to know when to come back???”. She tells me I have to request a refund online. And get this you CAN NEVER TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. You have to fill out a dispute in the hopes that someone will contact you, which they never do! So I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I will NEVER patronize another Subway restaurant.

Every time I order from this exact subway, I never get the correct order, I’m always missing items, or only some of the requested items on my sandwich. I only ordered from this subway because it was the only one that was a $.99 charge on Uber and the one I normally get food from was closed. Honestly, next time I’m gonna pay the 2 to 3 dollars to get and the one I normally get food from was closed. I have never once had a problem with the subway on Valley Ridge. Why can’t this Subway get its act together.

I asked for #15 titan turkey 6 inch, Italian herb bread toasted. The person at the counter Repeats my order and starts off with a foot-long. No! #15 titan turkey 6 inch, The person behind the counter proceeds to make an Italian, meatball on herb bread and still charges me for foot-long. That will be the last time I will order from that subway.

Had to wait 10 mins while he made 2 sandwiches for an online order. Terrible service!!! The guy had long hair with nothing holding it back and tons of dandruff on shoulder just imagining it falling on my sandwich. There was barely veggies and what was there was old and frozen looking. It was 1pm…the meat and the veggies area looked nasty dirty like they don’t even wipe down. Got my sandwich and threw it away after seeing all that. My appetite was ruined!!
